My husband and I are so grateful for his guidance and knowledge throughout the entire process. He has made us feel comfortable, confident and overall made this experience stress free. We couldn’t have asked for someone better. I was very hesitant to refinance my home as I felt I didn’t fully understand the process and I was leery about it all. Michael explained every detail and kindly walked me through every step. He is the reason I truly feel that Rocket Mortgage was the best company to refinance our home with. He not only cleared up any issues with the lender end he was helping with issues from the realtor/lawyers end and if that wasn't enough he would just check in to see if we were ok. He is truly a wonderful, smart, caring and intelligent person. A true asset to your company. I will never be able to thank him enough not only for his help but also for his support. He is certainly my new go to best friend person!!!! If I ever do this again (probably not from the ptsd) he will ALWAYS be the guy I call & refer to everyone."

A home that my husband and I had wanted ...I want to start by saying that I do not usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience I had with Nadine and The entire Rocket Mortgage team. A home that my husband and I had wanted for a very long time presented itself over the Christmas and New year holidays. the seller wanted a fast, cash closing. We decided to call Rocket mortgage. Nadine had answered the phone and by the end of the day I had taken pictures of all the documents on my phone and sent them to her. We decided to take the cash out of our vacation home in NY state, where Nadine is also licensed. She had an appraiser there the in 5 days, appraisal back by 9, final paperwork was started, and settlement scheduled, all done over the holiday!! From the day I called to the day the funds were put into my account was 23 days! (Unbelievable, including weekends and holidays) The most impressive thing off all was the kindness and professionalism of everyone involved. You always get a live person that was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Thank You all"

Things were not as easy with the closing team, asking repeatedly for the same documents, Communicating from you email addresses on a regular basis, making the closing difficult and producing the documents at the very last moment Overall, may experience was positive and I would recommend rocket mortgage."
