We had been renting for 17 yrs, our ...I would like to start by saying that Karem is the MAIN reason that I stayed using Rocket mortgage as my lender. My family was put in a serious living situation. We had been renting for 17 yrs, our landlord sold the property without letting us know. We had 60 days to find a home. We found one, or so we thought. It was a deal too good to be true, that turned out very true. Karem was our contact person with rocket. He literally was my rock. I was crying and heartbroken. He talked me down off the ledge. He assured me we would find another, better home that would fit my family's needs. He explained redfin and sent me links to local redfin agents. I did find another house. Karem walked me through finances and how we would go about obtaining this home. The clock was ticking. Karem did it!! He got the loan processed . He was compassionate, understanding, honest, professional and sincere. Karem helped my family in a dire situation. Karem listen to me, listened to my housing needs, listened to my financial situation, and he adapted to everything that I threw at him. I was not an easy client. I was very very stressed. Karem calmed the situation. He helped me and my family and I will never forget him. I would /will refer him to everybody that I know that is looking for home loan. Bless this man. I hope Rocket mortgage realizes how outstanding Karem is at his job. Thank you Karem from the bottom of my family's heart for everything you have done for us."

"I would like to say, when I begin this equity loan with rocket mortgage. I had no idea all the different entities doing it virtual that I was getting myself into. Just to improve my retirement life ...I would like to say, when I begin this equity loan with rocket mortgage. I had no idea all the different entities doing it virtual that I was getting myself into. Just to improve my retirement life and for my wife. Every time I hit a roadblock or speed bump in the road I can count on Moe to help explain and take care of things that had me frustrated at times. Even though Moe had gotten off work, in the evening and night, and on weekends. I could call Moe or send him a message and he would always respond and can help me understand and get me through the difficult times. Moe is very dedicated not just to his job but to help people get through times of decisions that need to be made and got me to a successful ending. I can't say enough and appreciate him. I wish the best for him and his family."

So we tried Rocket Mortgage, and our expectations were instantly met and then quickly exceeded. Chris was amazing, start to finish. We never felt like we were asking a dumb question, as she always took the time to answer and explain things thoroughly. Her industry knowledge and expertise were very apparent as we navigated the many twists, turns and potholes in the process. And maybe most importantly. we never felt like we were just another transaction to her, but rather that she genuinely cared about our situation and helping us to meet our goals. It's that human element of asking how we're doing, encouraging us when there were setbacks, and cel ebrating with us when there were triumphs. At any time of day, Chris was constantly going above and beyond to ensure every little detail was being handled perfectly, and that there would be no surprises. She made this entire process more enjoyable than we could have ever imagined. We were certainly not the easiest buyers, with our own unique set of challenges and indecisiveness, but she solved for each and every obstacle with kindness and patience. We can confidently and happily now consider Chris both a friend and a lender for life."

When the THOUGHT popped into my head that this was too much trouble, she would call with an update or question. There were a couple of days during the process that she was unavailable, but she left me in excellent hands. Maybe the whole Rocket team is like this? All I know, is that Alyssa is a superstar at this and I would not hesitate to use her or refer anyone to her."
