He is knowledgeable, professional and has a very pleasant and positive personality. He always returns phone calls quickly and answers emails just as fast. Even when I was reluctant to move forward he was always encouraging, but patient and I really appreciated not being pressured! We had a high interest rate from back in the day when 9% was standard for home loans. I told Joseph the basics up front about a problem also with our old mortgage company giving us a negative mark to reflect 3 months late. I did have proof that it was paid and he worked with us patiently and professionally to get us from start to finish. I even kept jis name and number to talk to others in my family to refinance with him. He does VA along with every other type of mortgage! Our payment went from $719 to $410 which ALSO included our house insurance!! Thank you Joseph for helping us! Kathleen and Donald Williams, San Antonio, TX"
