She answered all of my questions promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. Unfortunately I was unable to get the loan I wanted. Serena was very compassionate and empathetic to my situation and made me feel a little better in a bad situation. Because of Serena, I will contact Rocket Mortgage again should I decide to refinance in the future. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have Serena as an employee."

"Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and ...Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and he listened to our situation and we filled out and submitted a new mortgage app over the phone on a Friday night at 7pm. We got the clear to close within a couple of days. A truly seamless transaction. We felt not only was this outcome better than. We could have asked for but we felt truly taken care of. You don’t see that a lot in this industry but Jeff did it gracefully and skillfully. I 110% recommend Jeff."
