From our very first conversation, Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain every step, answered all my (many!) questions, and really made me feel comfortable and kept me well informed. What really stood out was his dedication to finding the best possible loan for my situation. He explored the multiple available options, clearly laid out the pros and cons of each, and ultimately secured my wife and I an amazing offer. I finally answered and it turns out his persistence (faith in his work) benefitted me greatly! The rest of the process was effortless, seamless and quite smooth.
