She was endlessly patient with our many (many!) questions, incredibly quick to respond, and always took the time to make sure we actually understood our options. Julie worked through countless scenarios with us so we could see the full picture and make thoughtful, confident decisions without feeling pressured. Even though the process moved impressively fast, it never felt rushed...just well supported every step of the way. Her entire team is fantastically organized, responsive, kind, and clearly experts at what they do. The whole experience felt calm, thoughtful, and human, which , truthfully, is not something we expected to say about buying a home. We’re so grateful for Julie and her team and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a lender who truly shows up!!"

I've had experiences with other Rocket Mortgage bankers and other lenders but Kevin's professionalism and expertise truly set him apart. I wish he was licensed in every state. I would never use another person again. Kevin's dedication is evident in his ability to make even his associates seem like amateurs in comparison.
