He has kept me in touch with the process without being overzealous. Balance is key to customer service and Christian has struck an amazing balance. She answered all of my questions promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. Unfortunately I was unable to get the loan I wanted. Serena was very compassionate and empathetic to my situation and made me feel a little better in a bad situation. Because of Serena, I will contact Rocket Mortgage again should I decide to refinance in the future. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have Serena as an employee."
