"I can't say enough good things about Eric. I'm self employed, which makes it a bit more challenging in the mortgage process. On top of that, my previous lender let me know that they couldn't proceed ...I can't say enough good things about Eric. I'm self employed, which makes it a bit more challenging in the mortgage process. On top of that, my previous lender let me know that they couldn't proceed with my loan one week before our scheduled close. I called Eric and he immediately went to work on my file. He was always communicative and he had my best interests in mind the entire way. The previous lender had my file for over almost 2 months and didn't get the job done. Whereas Eric had me closed in 2 weeks! He was definitely a blessing to me and my family, and he's the only one person I'll ever refer people to for their home loans moving forward."

Robin took all our information on a Sunday afternoon and was so helpful. She made several recommendations and the process was started. Everyone along the closing process was very helpful and explained in detail the steps being processed. It was like working with family and the closing was completed in less than 2 weeks. Rocket Mortgage is the BEST!!!"

Within a 30 min conversation, I had a mortgage and realtor team and this team went to work! Redfin agent and app were fantastic, I found a home in 3 days and with Richard’s guidance closed in a month! If you need a mortgage banker, you need Richard!"
