I have never ever delt with anyone like her over the phone or in person. She for sure needs to get a raise for what she does dealing with people. Who ever her boss is they need to take her out to lunch or a big beautiful dinner she so deserves iti can't say enough about her. If she had an office here I would go and give her a big hug and tell her that I so much appreciated everything she did."

Yet, Isaiah was understanding and personal.He ensured that he can get our loan approved. Honestly it’s a blessing to work with such kind people. He was there whenever I needed him to answer questions, even after hours. The communication during pivots, what he needed from me, and what he accomplished was great. Him and his team always kept me in the loop. They encouraged me that buying a house is possible. I’m looking forward to referring him if I know anybody that is wanting a loan. When we go to refinance I will be contacting Isaiah. I can’t imagine how many other customers he is working with and his other task. I always like his main priority. 10 out of 10 service.
