He was professional, smart, and very informative; unfortunately Rocket Morgage did not offer the FHA203k that works best for us but I considered your company even without the program we wanted very seriously because Daniel was so absolutely amazing with following up giving positive feedback when I was discouraged and making us feel like the most important people to ever buy a home. He is definitely an asset to your company. His attitude along with his knowledge and personality made it very difficult to decline our offer; The bar has been set very high and has not been matched. Thank you"

"Tim is totally awesome. I have reached out to Rocket many times for a HELOC and no one could help me. I ended up with a very high interest rate loan (17% ish) from someone else. Tim contacted me ...Tim is totally awesome. I have reached out to Rocket many times for a HELOC and no one could help me. I ended up with a very high interest rate loan (17% ish) from someone else. Tim contacted me and he was able to get my loan through which required getting around some roadblocks no one else there was interested in doing for me. Now I can pay off my other loan and move on. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. I was on vacation and missing deadlines and had no internet but I just called him and he made it all happen. He's fun to talk to also which made it not seem like a business transaction. It seemed like talking to a buddy. I think I was talking to a buddy! Tim is awesome, or as the kids say DOPE!"

Throughout the process he was very knowledgeable and was able to adjust to our style of communication. Ryan helped us as first time home buyers really understand the process and what all of our numbers meant, and get a realistic view of our financial picture and what we could afford. When challenges came up specifically with the buildings appraised rental income Ryan was able to think creatively alongside us to see the vision of the property and helped us navigate the many little ways we could get our debt to income to where it needed to be. Through the whole process Ryan was in our corner and really was a huge part of why we were able to make this challenging deal go through. I would highly recommend to seasoned investors and first time home buyers alike for his vision and knowledge."
