A relative drives up & I tell her my problem. She asked me why I hadn't tried Rocket Mortgage. I told her I didn't know anything about buying a home & that I felt like I was being taken advantage of. She grabbed her phone and called Alex. She gave him a brief explanation, handed the phone to me and within MINUTES I was provided with a pre-approval. I was overwhelmed w/gratitude and cried like a baby. Before the end of the day, Alex walked me through accessing & providing all documentation needed to possibly close on the home of my dreams. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, grounded, patient & personable. I trusted him instantly. He went above & beyond in ways I've never experienced. THANK YOU× INFINITY! Rocket Mortgage ROCKS!!"

"In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage ...In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage insurance portion removed. I was put in touch with Lorina and after she listened to my concerns she asked if I minded if she put me on a brief hold because she wanted to look at a few things, I was looking to save about $50 a month so I agreed. In a very short time she came back on the line and said that after looking over my information she was not only positive she could save us the $50 a month that I had called about, but she in fact could do a refinance of my current mortgage, pay off some debts we had for 2 vehicles and credit cards and by doing that we would lower our monthly payments by over $1200 a month. Of course the first thing I wondered was how much money would we have to come up with out of pocket and she responded "ZERO". I told her I would have to discuss this with my wife and she assured me if either of us had any questions or concerns she would explain everything she was proposing and it would cost us nothing to consider it.............. bottom line is on September 16 2024 we closed on our new mortgage and are eternally grateful to Lorina for taking the time to see if it was at all possible to save us the $50 a month that I had called about, it's not often you receive a lot more then you are looking for, Thank You Lorina and the Rocket Mortgage Team....... He not only kept me in the loop every step of the way, but also proactively reached out to the listing agent—a rare and impressive touch! The listing broker even told me that one of the deciding factors in choosing our offer (over four others!) was James’s outstanding communication and confidence in the loan process. He and his team closed the loan in under 17 days—which is practically superhero speed in today’s market. All of a sudden here I was along side with a friend somehow that I wasn't planning of having, but here he was. What a relief when I had questions and he was always there to shed light in everything.
