Right from the start, I could tell he knew his stuff and was really professional. He took the time to explain all the mortgage rules and regulations in a way that made sense, so I always felt like I knew what was going on. What's really cool about Julian is how much he cares about his clients. He went out of his way to find mortgage options that were just right for me and my financial situation. He paid attention to all the small details and kept me in the loop, which made the whole process super easy and stress-free. And the best part? I never felt like I was just another customer to him. He treated me like a real person and showed genuine care and respect. Julian isn't just smart about mortgages – he's also a great listener and really patient with all the questions I had. His friendly and positive attitude made talking to him a breeze. You can tell he wants to build relationships that last, and that's something I really appreciate. A relative drives up & I tell her my problem. She asked me why I hadn't tried Rocket Mortgage. I told her I didn't know anything about buying a home & that I felt like I was being taken advantage of. She grabbed her phone and called Alex. She gave him a brief explanation, handed the phone to me and within MINUTES I was provided with a pre-approval. I was overwhelmed w/gratitude and cried like a baby. Before the end of the day, Alex walked me through accessing & providing all documentation needed to possibly close on the home of my dreams. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, grounded, patient & personable. I trusted him instantly. He went above & beyond in ways I've never experienced. THANK YOU× INFINITY! Rocket Mortgage ROCKS!!"

While Rocket Mortgage/Rocket has a very segmented division of labor relative to processing a loan (no one person is responsible for the process from start to finish, which creates difficulty in holding anyone accountable) Steven handled his portion very professionally. Overall, I had a relatively good experience with this process, but would strongly suggest to all to make sure you verify what you're initially told your loan will cost relative to what it actually does cost."

"In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage ...In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage insurance portion removed. I was put in touch with Lorina and after she listened to my concerns she asked if I minded if she put me on a brief hold because she wanted to look at a few things, I was looking to save about $50 a month so I agreed. In a very short time she came back on the line and said that after looking over my information she was not only positive she could save us the $50 a month that I had called about, but she in fact could do a refinance of my current mortgage, pay off some debts we had for 2 vehicles and credit cards and by doing that we would lower our monthly payments by over $1200 a month. Of course the first thing I wondered was how much money would we have to come up with out of pocket and she responded "ZERO". I told her I would have to discuss this with my wife and she assured me if either of us had any questions or concerns she would explain everything she was proposing and it would cost us nothing to consider it.............. bottom line is on September 16 2024 we closed on our new mortgage and are eternally grateful to Lorina for taking the time to see if it was at all possible to save us the $50 a month that I had called about, it's not often you receive a lot more then you are looking for, Thank You Lorina and the Rocket Mortgage Team....... All of a sudden here I was along side with a friend somehow that I wasn't planning of having, but here he was. What a relief when I had questions and he was always there to shed light in everything.
