From our first conversation earlier this week to securing a complicated loan, Logan made this process an excellent experience. He was available at 7 AM to answer my questions and then worked well into the evening hours to accommodate my work schedule. Logan's emails were always prompt and clear. When I needed help accessing my account, Logan secured an expert to address the problem immediately. Logan conversed with my accountant when I had difficulty sending the required documents. Logan's knowledge is comprehensive and thorough. I am also pleased with the Rocket incentives that Logan shared, which further convinced me to go with your company. The seller wanted the proof of funds document quickly, and Logan successfully provided what I needed. Give Logan a raise!"

He also seems to understand -much like a coach, how to equip his customer to win the game. I don’t think I could have been better positioned in the marketplace without the coaching I received from Connor. He should write the training manual for all people going through the mortgage & buying process; as he seems to understand this business very well. Even beyond just great knowledge; Connor had never made me feel silly for asking questions & I had many! He was always professional & courteous & has an uncanny ability to communicate with clever angles as if we were in a chess match with the real estate & mortgage process! Best of all, Connor brought me to the finish line & created even a better result than I could have even imagined for myself financially. Working with Connor was amazing & I am grateful to have been given the privilege."

We started the application that evening and here we are closing tomorrow on June 10th! I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding customer service provided by Kim. She was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and responsive to all of my questions in a timely fashion.
