He checked in with me every few days during my exploration process. Then, he and his team beat the other guys' offers, offering me the lowest interest rate & APR. For over a month he held my hand and guided me step by step so that I could close the loan on my terms despite several surprises from my prior mortgage lenders. Mario is the most persistent, respectful and empowering banker I know. Anyone would be fortunate to have his time & attention in the lending process."

I had the privilege of a weekend call with Richard to discuss to an opportunity for a pre-approval for a home loan. Not only did Richard get me a pre-approval letter, he connected me with Redfin! Within a 30 min conversation, I had a mortgage and realtor team and this team went to work! Redfin agent and app were fantastic, I found a home in 3 days and with Richard’s guidance closed in a month! If you need a mortgage banker, you need Richard!"

I would recommend Braden to anyone that is a new home buyer or an old home buyer ages is super. He covers all the basis cause you're what's going? On. And keep you on track to your supposed to be. He was always there when I needed to talk to him and I appreciate it. The fact that he was there for me. It was like having a friend to buy a house wit and I thank it very much. I would recommend pregnant with every job in his debts. Your dad says super super super job"

I was connected with Kim Williams who immediately got to work running the numbers and within the hour gave me an idea of what I could borrow and how much my payment would be. We started the application that evening and here we are closing tomorrow on June 10th! I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding customer service provided by Kim. She was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and responsive to all of my questions in a timely fashion. "Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and ...Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and he listened to our situation and we filled out and submitted a new mortgage app over the phone on a Friday night at 7pm. We got the clear to close within a couple of days. A truly seamless transaction. We felt not only was this outcome better than. We could have asked for but we felt truly taken care of. You don’t see that a lot in this industry but Jeff did it gracefully and skillfully. I 110% recommend Jeff."

My finances are challenging since I own multiple properties some of them shared titles but not loans. Justin was able to correct underwriters a number of times that they assumed incorrect positions. Also he helped upload a ton of my documents that I kept being asked to resubmit. Overall he made this easy it could have been a problem but this went quite well and If I do a loan with them again I hope I get Justin again. Thanks Justin. Should be 10 stars"
