Brendan was there everyday answering questions, helping research, working with my realtor, and not just during business hours. Brendan made himself fully available to me pretty much 24/7. He treated my closing like it was his own. In all my future real estate transactions, I will rely on Brendan."

I had a really horrible experience with my initial Rocket banker and I withdrew my application because of Mr. Darrell because Darrell bullied and strong armed me the whole experience. I hated it and I called Darrell out on it. However, not only was Willians able to change my perspective, he was patient, listenedto my needs and went to bat for me a couple of times leading to me closing on the home.. I will now recommend Rocket & Willians to my friends and family 100%. He did absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough kind things about him. He's very friendly, not pushy at all, & super helpful! It's been an honor having him as my banker and thank you for showing me how Rocket does business the helpful, competitive, and kind way! Mentally, I did a complete flip and this changed my perspective on the company completely! Hopefully yall get lucky and get a chance to have him as your mortgage banker!"

Long story short, my mother has lived in her home for ...Spencer Spencer Spencer, where do I start with how GRATEFUL, THANKFUL, and Amazing you are! Spencer was referred to my mother and I by a friend. Long story short, my mother has lived in her home for 17 years. In spring 2023 she almost lost it , due to unforseen circumstances. But, got it back by retaining a lawyer and fighting for it through the court system. In the end, she was able to stay in her home by hastily finding a new leander to buy her loan from the current leander, who she was fighting in court. At the time, she had no choice but to use a NON-CONVENTIONAL Leander called SWA homes, located in houston tx. The lowest rate swe homes could give her was 13.99% interest rate on her mortgage loan of 250,000... fast forward, June of 2024 I was introduced to Spencer by a very good friend who knew my story. Once officially connected with Spencer. he immediately dived in, researched, and dedicated a lot of time to get my mom out of that high interest rate. It took several weeks to get things in order because SWE homes took so long to respond to Spencer through the entire process ! But Spencer made it happen. Her case was extremely challenging because even though she had excellent credit, her income was very low... Spencer is the TRUTH and made everything possible for her to afford and stay in her home. He was able to get her loan changed and interest rate down to 7.35%. She went from 13.99% to 7.35%. He basically cut her interest rate in HALF. He can work with anyone in any state to arrange, organize, and coordinate a smooth process. He is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and welcomes all questions. He makes communication stress free, low anxiety, and wants to know all of your concerns. He offered an online closing process and arranged for a notary and title company personnel to meet you at a location of your choice (my home). I highly recommend and encourage you to call Spencer . You won’t find better loan specialists out there. He is dedicated to making things happen for families and for that I so appreciate him. I'm definitely calling Spencer when its time for me to refinance my own home, as soon as interest rates drop down to a reasonable amount, because my current rate is 5.25..Please reach out to him and give him a chance.
