I started the process in January and when the 90 days were up and I had not made an offer on new property Geoff, was more than happy to extend/give another verified approval letter for another 90 days. He was not pushy, but very understanding, and willing to do whatever he could to assist me in the purchase of a new home. I would consider him an assett to Rocket Mortgage."

Juan guided in the gathering of the ...Juan Leon earned 5 stars, based upon my experience and interactions with him. We communicated initially, and extensively, by telephone, and also by email. Juan guided in the gathering of the necessary information for the loan, and was unfazed when I determined the specific property, of two possibilities, that was refinanced. Juan handed off the loan to a few other loan officers, but when an unresponsive 3rd party title company caused delay of the loan, Juan responded to my emails, and got the loan process rolling again, and he was able to extend the rate lock-in. I then selected a new, local to me, large and nationally recognized title company, and the home loan process then proceeded efficiently and rapidly. Several other loan officers became involved, but Juan was always available to clarify matters. Closing then occurred with dispatch, and everything worked out very well. I have now set up autopay.
