He walked me through every step, explained the options (including FHA and conventional) really clearly, answered all my questions right away, and was always quick to respond. He genuinely cared about my situation, stayed honest about rates and fees with no hidden stuff, and pushed to get me the best possible deal. Compared to a couple other lenders I checked out, Mohd was by far the most helpful and transparent. Got approved faster than I expected and felt confident the whole time. If you’re looking for a solid mortgage guy who actually looks out for you, go with him - 100%! Thanks again, man."

My path to purchasing a new home had so many moving parts, and he was always able to help them move along smoothly and quickly, and kept me in the loop instantly at every step of the way. So refreshing to be able to communicate via text, phone, email, at nearly any time of the week, and in a way that helped me understand everything. Plus, we closed in under three weeks. Legitimately can't beat that outside of a cash offer or some wild circumstances. I'd highly recommend Kyle to anybody looking to secure a loan, even if they aren't sure how to go about it. He makes it relatively painless (as much as borrowing vast amounts of money can be) and is a great guy to have in your corner. Big ol' double thumbs up from me! Thanks"

She was very respectful and knowledgeable about helping me get into a better financial situation without feeling like I'm drowning in debt because of life situations that happen. She genuinely cares about helping customers regain financial stability and bettering the quality of my life with a reassurance of what this company is providing for me. I'm not a technological person and she was there helping me every step of the way being patient with me. I literally was barely making it with bills after hitting a cow with my truck, and now I'm able to get another one, consolidate high interest loans and do some maintenance repairs on my house at the same time, and put money in my savings. Thank you Kazi, your a lifesaver and Rocket Mortgage is definitely helping me get my life back in order."

Tim contacted me ...Tim is totally awesome. I have reached out to Rocket many times for a HELOC and no one could help me. I ended up with a very high interest rate loan (17% ish) from someone else. Tim contacted me and he was able to get my loan through which required getting around some roadblocks no one else there was interested in doing for me. Now I can pay off my other loan and move on. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. I was on vacation and missing deadlines and had no internet but I just called him and he made it all happen. He's fun to talk to also which made it not seem like a business transaction. It seemed like talking to a buddy. I think I was talking to a buddy! Tim is awesome, or as the kids say DOPE!"
