Alex went above and beyond his job description. I was scheduled for a total knee replacement in the middle of all paperwork. He made sure I understood everything and respected the fact that I was and am on pain medication. He worked with me to get what we needed completed. On top of that, he sent me a beautiful throw blanket, candle and body cream. It is another example of how he went above and beyond. I would recommend him to anyone and would look forward to working with him again."
