"In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage ...In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage insurance portion removed. I was put in touch with Lorina and after she listened to my concerns she asked if I minded if she put me on a brief hold because she wanted to look at a few things, I was looking to save about $50 a month so I agreed. In a very short time she came back on the line and said that after looking over my information she was not only positive she could save us the $50 a month that I had called about, but she in fact could do a refinance of my current mortgage, pay off some debts we had for 2 vehicles and credit cards and by doing that we would lower our monthly payments by over $1200 a month. Of course the first thing I wondered was how much money would we have to come up with out of pocket and she responded "ZERO". I told her I would have to discuss this with my wife and she assured me if either of us had any questions or concerns she would explain everything she was proposing and it would cost us nothing to consider it.............. bottom line is on September 16 2024 we closed on our new mortgage and are eternally grateful to Lorina for taking the time to see if it was at all possible to save us the $50 a month that I had called about, it's not often you receive a lot more then you are looking for, Thank You Lorina and the Rocket Mortgage Team....... All of a sudden here I was along side with a friend somehow that I wasn't planning of having, but here he was. What a relief when I had questions and he was always there to shed light in everything. Thanks to Erick's guidance and patience I Managed to undergo all aspects of the rocket mortgage facets and come out victorious in my own way that I had accomplished all tasks needed to become a new homeowner. All personnel was great, nut Erick proved to be above and beyond great to my eyes. He is my go to guy when things change and I need another advice in financing. He gave me clear and honest options to relieve my financial burden. I prayed about and slept. I decided to keep my existing mortgage and talk to my creditors myself to keep my low interest and look at the future. Today I was able to negotiate 23k at 0-4% with his guidance. Soon I will be in a better situation and he saved me from leveraging my only asset my home. As I told him today. Instead of walking with the storm I’m going against it.
