I've already been dealing with Rocket Mortgage for several years, so I am familiar with their smooth assertiveness. As I was interested in options to free up some cash monthly, I then called Michael and found him friendly first and then professional. We set up an appointment to chat and discuss, and in one call I was satisfied with what he had presented to me. It was that easy. When I had a question or two, he was happy to answer via text or the phone, which I appreciated. He was clear and articulate about the numbers and the reasoning, and the rest of the Service process, and the ease with which it moved, was top notch. The 'Tasks' section for me on the website, was fantastic. Rocket is a first class outfit, I continue to be impressed. Thanks Michael Grayer!"

"What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ...What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ago and Rocket's underwriters picked up on the fact there were no words in the Solar Agreement lease addressing the possible event of my default of the lease. Subsequent to my system being installed, Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac made all lease agreements adddress this scenario and that's where the fun began. Sundos's patience and the many calming "I've got this, don't worry" was welcomed. If I was an employer needing to a right hand person who would be involved directly with my clients, I would want Sundos to be that person. Many thanks to her."

He got us, from start to close (we changed mortgage lenders about 30 days out) in ...Holy smokes, I honestly cannot say enough good things about Ben. First off, he's a miracle worker. Like, seriously. He got us, from start to close (we changed mortgage lenders about 30 days out) in less than 30 days. Next, he got us almost 1% rate difference between our old lender and Rocket, and our closing costs were about $4k less. THEN dealing with the older lender and their nonsense, getting the appraisal from them, pacifying the seller's agent, and the list goes on and on. He made the process pretty painless and stress-free compared to my previous home purchases, especially since we were working with him from 4-5 states away. He knew what he was talking about and was the voice of reassurance when things looked like they were going sideways. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend him more."
