Because of his patient and calm demeanor, I then asked him to explain what it actually was that he did offer; and he did. After this, he was very efficient and helpful in talking me through the steps to make an application. He was very clear, and everything he told me proved to be correct. The service was very time efficient, much more so than I expected. We were very appreciative of Peter's help."

I was connected with Kim Williams who immediately got to work running the numbers and within the hour gave me an idea of what I could borrow and how much my payment would be. We started the application that evening and here we are closing tomorrow on June 10th! I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding customer service provided by Kim. She was extremely knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and responsive to all of my questions in a timely fashion. She communicated with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make the process so much easier. I highly recommend Kim and Rocket Loans for all of your mortgage and refinancing needs!"

"Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and ...Wow! Truly exceptional service. We were in contract on a home and the lender had some hiccups which caused us to seek another opinion well into the contract period. I got in touch with Jeff and he listened to our situation and we filled out and submitted a new mortgage app over the phone on a Friday night at 7pm. We got the clear to close within a couple of days. A truly seamless transaction. We felt not only was this outcome better than. We could have asked for but we felt truly taken care of. You don’t see that a lot in this industry but Jeff did it gracefully and skillfully. I 110% recommend Jeff."

He took the time to explain all the mortgage rules and regulations in a way that made sense, so I always felt like I knew what was going on. What's really cool about Julian is how much he cares about his clients. He went out of his way to find mortgage options that were just right for me and my financial situation. He paid attention to all the small details and kept me in the loop, which made the whole process super easy and stress-free. And the best part? I never felt like I was just another customer to him. He treated me like a real person and showed genuine care and respect. Julian isn't just smart about mortgages – he's also a great listener and really patient with all the questions I had. "In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage ...In response to the current pressures of "BIDEN/KAMALANOMICS" on Sept 3 2024 I contacted Rocket Mortgage to attempt to lower my mortgage payment reduced by $50 a month by having the mortgage insurance portion removed. I was put in touch with Lorina and after she listened to my concerns she asked if I minded if she put me on a brief hold because she wanted to look at a few things, I was looking to save about $50 a month so I agreed. In a very short time she came back on the line and said that after looking over my information she was not only positive she could save us the $50 a month that I had called about, but she in fact could do a refinance of my current mortgage, pay off some debts we had for 2 vehicles and credit cards and by doing that we would lower our monthly payments by over $1200 a month. Of course the first thing I wondered was how much money would we have to come up with out of pocket and she responded "ZERO". I told her I would have to discuss this with my wife and she assured me if either of us had any questions or concerns she would explain everything she was proposing and it would cost us nothing to consider it.............. bottom line is on September 16 2024 we closed on our new mortgage and are eternally grateful to Lorina for taking the time to see if it was at all possible to save us the $50 a month that I had called about, it's not often you receive a lot more then you are looking for, Thank You Lorina and the Rocket Mortgage Team.......
