He kept up with the latest progress and even called me to provide these steps in detail I was watching real time on the app. I honestly could not have gotten through this process without Nolan’s expertise and patience. I was surprised at how effortless she made the loan process. Mora was very patient as I tossed around my refinancing needs. In the end, I got the refi I needed which was much less than what I first requested."
