I was concerned we were going to miss our escrow date if we made the switch but he reassured me that we had enough time and I'm so glad we trusted him. He was responsive to every text/call and did his part to get it done for us. Beyond his expertise, he's also friendly and personable. I wholeheartedly recommend Demetrius. Nothing about this process is fun or easy, but having someone who feels like they're genuinely on your side made it a lot less stressful. Even though I'm still sitting in my house in the middle of a sea of boxes, I wanted to prioritize putting this review up because he truly deserves it."

Robin took all our information on a Sunday afternoon and was so helpful. She made several recommendations and the process was started. Everyone along the closing process was very helpful and explained in detail the steps being processed. It was like working with family and the closing was completed in less than 2 weeks. Rocket Mortgage is the BEST!!!"
