Juan guided in the gathering of the necessary information for the loan, and was unfazed when I determined the specific property, of two possibilities, that was refinanced. Juan handed off the loan to a few other loan officers, but when an unresponsive 3rd party title company caused delay of the loan, Juan responded to my emails, and got the loan process rolling again, and he was able to extend the rate lock-in. I then selected a new, local to me, large and nationally recognized title company, and the home loan process then proceeded efficiently and rapidly. Several other loan officers became involved, but Juan was always available to clarify matters. Closing then occurred with dispatch, and everything worked out very well. I have now set up autopay. I could have borrowed a bit more $. Sincerely, Brian McMillin, November 29, 2022."

She listened to what I needed, she related really well to my personal loan needs, she contacted personnel who were involved in loan decisions at the appropriate time. Mora is a good communicator. I was surprised at how effortless she made the loan process. Mora was very patient as I tossed around my refinancing needs. In the end, I got the refi I needed which was much less than what I first requested."

Brendan was there everyday answering questions, helping research, working with my realtor, and not just during business hours. Brendan made himself fully available to me pretty much 24/7. He treated my closing like it was his own. In all my future real estate transactions, I will rely on Brendan."

Armando exuded professionalism yet being personable, so that you feel comfortable and receive the knowledge that you need in order to close in time. Armando and his team keep you up-to-date. They contact you via phone email. And I've even received text messages to make sure that I received All the information that they were trying to give me. Armando has gone above and beyond. Not only is he super responsive to your questions. Phone calls emails, text messages. He is there. He is literally there holding your hand through the process to try to help. He will do anything to try to help you out within his power. He is an amazing wonder. I cannot say enough good things about him. Armando took the time to find grants that we would qualify for that. We didn't even know about Armando, kept us up-to-date and his team kept us up-to-date on everything. Armando, the services that I know of 2 states, he probably has more, but Arizona and Nevada, I would highly suggest you look Armando up. And his team, they make it really, really easy. Rocket mortgage has this nifty little app that not only keeps you up to date, but you're able to upload things as well. That is just an additional tool that helps you. But really, it's our mando that shines through and his team. So if you're looking for arizona or nevada, make sure that you look up armando with rocket mortgage, he is the best in the business. We had a couple of hick-ups with my income but after several discussions with Sarah and Matt, they were able to understand the situation to their satisfaction and got the final approval. I have tried with several other mortgage companies before Rocket Mortgage and they were a +20 above any other companies I had worked with in the past.
