She initially verified her credentials and the company she worked for and made me feel at ease. The next day I received a call from Raven and since she ...It was a complete pleasure to work with Raven Lewis. I submitted an online inquiry to examine the possibility of lowering my interest rate. The next day I received a call from Raven and since she worked with Rocket Mortgage, I decided to give her a call back which turned out to be a great idea. I did not think that I would be able to reduce my interest rate. However, in my conversation with Raven, she asked a few questions to determine what my goals were. Raven worked her magic in researching different options for me. She called me back and provided me with two different options. I chose the option that worked best for me. The option allowed me to drop my interest rate from 4.125% down to 3.5%, reduced the number of years for payments and save me $21,000 over the life of the loan. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in lowering their rates to take the time to speak to Raven. She is straight forward, upfront and willing to help. I found Raven to be thorough, consider, a good listener and willing to walk me through each of the steps throughout the paperwork process. For me, it was easier than buying a car.
