Additionally, he is a warm and caring person who actually listens to his client and asks appropriate questions, to find a way to solve a problem. He is kind, funny, and relaxed, while also professional and knowledgeable about his very intricate specialty. During 1st contact she talked to me and not at me, she listened and didn't pre-judge or had boilerplate answers to questions (as she most likely has heard them all) for she answered the questions I had for those questions and didn't talk around them. It did take several conversations before I was ready ahead with the loan, and at not time did she push me into making a decision. She talked to me (without selling me) about the Pro's and Con's on getting the loan and let me take me time in making the decision and only called to check in on the dates we had discussed for her to do so. All the way through she kept me update on the progress of the loan process and checked to make sure that information was correct (and didn't assume what I wanted or what she thought was best for me) as she always contacted me (call, text or email) to make sure on what we talked about before final submission. If the need ever presented itself that I would have to go through this experience again, I would surely hope it was with Lisa."

Within 15 seconds of ...Ken was amazing. I was researching best home financing options on Need Wallet and entered my contact info thinking they would send me an email or reach out sometime that day. Within 15 seconds of pressing submit, Ken called. I was still shopping around, but Ken made it so easy and was beyond helpful that I ended up having him get me my pre-approval done that day. Poor guy was stuck on the phone for over an hour answering my 40+ questions, explaining the different possible rates, different options, payments, etc. I'm really glad I stumbled upon that site and was lucky I was assigned Ken. Without him I would have probably continued shopping around and researching until I finally settled on whoever. But Ken's demeanor and customer service really sold me on Rocket Mortgage. If you're going to be stuck with someone for 30 years the best thing to have is a company with amazing customer service and they proved they have that."
