Alexus took time even if we didn't have any specific questions to follow up with us and make sure that everything was going according to task now just navigate our app. I would highly recommend Alexus to work with anybody and everybody that needs a loan rocket mortgage seems to be a very good company that is there for the client not just a business and Alexus made that clear. Another terms it was apparent how committed Alexus is to her clients not only does she talk to talk she walks to walk."

Even in the early stages of the transaction, it was clear he genuinely cared about helping the borrower understand their options and make a good decision. That level of service makes a difference. He stayed on top of the entire process, informing me of what documents and information was required of me, and what tasks were coming in the future so I could prepare. The loan was completed quickly and we were able to close within about 3 weeks. Cameron is very personable, very knowledgeable about his job, explains things very well, and was a pleasure to work with."

Within 15 seconds of ...Ken was amazing. I was researching best home financing options on Need Wallet and entered my contact info thinking they would send me an email or reach out sometime that day. Within 15 seconds of pressing submit, Ken called. I was still shopping around, but Ken made it so easy and was beyond helpful that I ended up having him get me my pre-approval done that day. Poor guy was stuck on the phone for over an hour answering my 40+ questions, explaining the different possible rates, different options, payments, etc. I'm really glad I stumbled upon that site and was lucky I was assigned Ken. Without him I would have probably continued shopping around and researching until I finally settled on whoever. But Ken's demeanor and customer service really sold me on Rocket Mortgage. If you're going to be stuck with someone for 30 years the best thing to have is a company with amazing customer service and they proved they have that."
