This buyer had previously canceled an escrow, and to be honest, I was hesitant when I found out Rocket Mortgage was involved. I had worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and had very little success, and I had told myself I would never work with them again. Daniel Horvath completely changed my opinion. From the very beginning, Daniel did everything he said he would do. He kept me informed throughout the entire mortgage process with outstanding communication and proactive updates. He assured me we would close on time, and he delivered exactly as promised. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond his role. When issues arose involving the selling agent, he stepped in, helped resolve the situation, and kept the transaction moving forward. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the deal closed made all the difference. Daniel Horvath is a tremendous asset to Rocket Mortgage. If I ever have another transaction involving Rocket Mortgage, Daniel is the only loan officer I would want to work with. He has earned my trust and completely changed my perception of the company."

I worked with Ed remotely to evaluate, negotiate, and execute two separate property refinance transactions. We spent several weeks deciding on exactly what direction we were going to go. Often, I would get sidetracked during the process with my kids and summer schedules and Ed would find helpful ways to reach out and keep us moving toward our goals. Sometimes we would have questions or be confused by some detail during the loan process - I could always call Ed and he would pick up as if on-call full time for this particular deal, it was truly remarkable and made us feel like we had an advocate the whole way through. Josh kept me in the loop, and got me comfortable with the Rocket Mortgage methodology, helping to answer any questions I had along the way about completing tasks and getting across the finish line. Later, when rates took a momentary dip, he reached out to me to see about another re-fi—which I had only just started thinking about—and which I wound up closing with him once more, saving me more than $500/month. One hundred percent recommend working with Josh!"
