"So, I always feel if you only to someone the first few times and they don't really interact with you they do the bare minimum. Christian has exceeded my expectations he has been in at the very least ...So, I always feel if you only to someone the first few times and they don't really interact with you they do the bare minimum. Christian has exceeded my expectations he has been in at the very least 10 phone calls with me answering questions or giving follow up on a status I asked. He made sure I was informed even with a simple text message. He was respectful, kind and understanding when talking with me. He really went above what is required and I am thankful to have had him as our contact for our mortgage."

I received multiple pre-approvals from different lenders, and I initially chose to go with a local lender, from the advice of my real estate ...David was super helpful from the start of the process. I received multiple pre-approvals from different lenders, and I initially chose to go with a local lender, from the advice of my real estate agent. About mid way through the loan approval process, the lender decided they weren't able to approve my loan. I contacted David right away and he was able to pick up where my other lender left off and push my loan through quickly. In fact, he was able to get me to settlement in about 3 weeks! My real estate agent was very impressed with Rocket Mortgage, she has now added them to her list of trusted and verified lenders!"
