Going into the purchase for my home I thought I was already knowledgeable, but Alana blew me away and taught me a thing or two. My purchase was going to be with a preferred lender for a new build, but I’m glad I gave Alana a chance to compete with their offer. She was wonderful to work with which is why I wanted to ultimately work with her on the transaction. When I went with the new build I didn’t think she’d have any chance, but she took the time to look at all the options to make sure I got the best deal. From working weekends and late nights to dealing with my temper tantrums, Alana couldn’t have been any better. It was a stressful process, but I won’t be going anywhere else for my future mortgages."

He was honest and straight forward, didn't give false hope but was encouraging to make it seem all was going to go well. I had my doubts but he kept things moving and alive, in the end I got pretty much what I needed. When I needed a something he was always picking up his phone and making sure I was helped if he did not get to the phone that moment I always heard from him a minimum of two hours later. I had network connection issues and it never stopped Blake from working with me and tackling tasks on his side anything to keep the process moving. Honestly the best customer service I have ever had.
