From our very first conversation, Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain every step, answered all my (many!) questions, and really made me feel comfortable and kept me well informed. What really stood out was his dedication to finding the best possible loan for my situation. He explored the multiple available options, clearly laid out the pros and cons of each, and ultimately secured my wife and I an amazing offer. I originally had plans to work with my local bank but wanted to see what other places could provide. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and care that Tera had. She really took the time to make sure it was right FOR ME and answered every single worry that I could think of. She delivered whenever she said she was going to do something, and quite frankly did the hand holding that I personally needed. She was able to find me the perfect program and actually ended up saving me quite a bit more on closing than I could find elsewhere. It was an easy decision to go with her and I couldn’t recommend her enough!! THANK YOU!"
