With that being said….I would highly recommend using Jessica for your Home Finance/Re-Financing needs. She really spent a lot of time with us and when it came down to it she had only our best interest in mind!!! My husband and I never felt in anyway judged by Jessica she gave us good sound advice and many options to apply her suggestions to. Jessica always called when she said she would and if for some reason she had to cancel or reschedule she always gave advance notice. With Jessica’s talents and large network she was able to make everything seem effortless from start to finish❤️🙏 Thanks Again and keep up the great work!! Sharon Cox"

Even though I ultimately went with a different offer, I came very close to choosing Evan purely because of how exceptional he was to work with. His communication was top-tier from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, always submitted things on time, explained every step clearly, and never made me feel rushed or confused. What really stood out was his willingness to get into the weeds with me and break down how everything worked in a way that was easy to understand. That level of patience, professionalism, and transparency is rare. Evan made a complicated process feel organized and manageable. He was thorough, proactive, and clearly takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way. Even though we did not end up working together in the end, I walked away genuinely impressed and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a loan officer who is sharp, reliable, communicative, and truly cares about the client experience."

Both times, Mr. Darfoor was available to answer any questions my clients and I had, quick to respond if he should miss our call, and made the home-buying process a pleasant experience for my client. The first time we worked together, I was on a cruise when our offer was accepted and Mr. Kofi stayed in touch with my clients and made sure nothing was missed. The second time we worked together, everything was ready to close a good 2 weeks before our closing date. My only regret is that I didn't know Mr. Kofi when I went through the home-buying process. Thanks to Mr. Darfoor for consistently providing a flawless experience. I referred Mr. Kofi Darfoor to a couple of agents at my brokerage and none have been disappointed. He's definitely my preferred lender."

The loan was completed quickly and we were able to close within about 3 weeks. Cameron is very personable, very knowledgeable about his job, explains things very well, and was a pleasure to work with."
