If it could go wrong it did but Hamze helped to make everything work. He not only cleared up any issues with the lender end he was helping with issues from the realtor/lawyers end and if that wasn't enough he would just check in to see if we were ok. He is truly a wonderful, smart, caring and intelligent person. A true asset to your company. I will never be able to thank him enough not only for his help but also for his support. He is certainly my new go to best friend person!!!! If I ever do this again (probably not from the ptsd) he will ALWAYS be the guy I call & refer to everyone."

I vetted and shopped around through multiple different lenders/loan officers and I can confidently say Brian is the best. The home buying process can be frustrating to say the least, but Brian remains calm, professional, and solution oriented. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He was very attentive not only with my mother but with her cosigner. He was always there and ready to answer our questions. Without Allan’s help a guidance the whole process would have been difficult for my mother. Is a plus that Allan can speak Spanish as well. I started the process in January and when the 90 days were up and I had not made an offer on new property Geoff, was more than happy to extend/give another verified approval letter for another 90 days. He was not pushy, but very understanding, and willing to do whatever he could to assist me in the purchase of a new home. I would consider him an assett to Rocket Mortgage."
