I was ready to just forget it all and stay where I am. The realtor then suggested calling Rocket Mortgage. I called and got connected with Miranda. I explained my situation and she was on it immediately. She gave me a list of items to send her, and when I called with any questions regarding the process she was helpful beyond my expectations. She took care of any problems by speaking with the realtor, the title company, and any other parties involved to resolve any snags or issues that arose. You are fortunate to have Miranda as an employee, going above and beyond to make a positive experience from something that started out so bad."

I did not think I would be approved for my loan because of my income and my wife not working tru this pendemic but he made the numbers work. One thing I really appreciated was that he was always avail. On the weekend I received messages from which proved to me that he wanted my loan to be expedited.
