Even after we bought our house she continues to reach out to see how we are doing and even notify us when it maybe time to refinance. This made the process so much easier!! We had conditional approval within hours and from there, we completed all tasks required on the portal. We are now just awaiting a closing date! Steve has been very knowledgeable and so very helpful throughout the process. I appreciate he would always check in with us to make sure we didn't have questions or concerns.
