He started off by consistently answering my questions and helping me determine if I could qualify to assume my home loan after my divorce. It was a complicated process because I was trying to keep the same loan I had without refinancing. It was a VA loan to boot and I had less income due to the divorce. Max did everything he could to help me qualify and was so kind to walk with me every step of the way. I have officially qualified for my loan. Being able to keep my home completely changes my future and my finances for the better. I hope Max understands what a difference he made in my life."

No but he’s the man, made my experience amazing for my first home purchase and idk what others are like, but take my word for it, Jay goes above and beyond, and I’m not kidding about the 2am thing. If you’ve got questions, he’s gonna have you an answer, no matter what time it is, and I’m forever grateful! Thanks Jay"
