I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH JOSEPH THROUGH THIS DAUNTING MORTGAGE JOURNEY OF HIGHS AND LOWS. Buying a home comes with a lot of questions, and Austin answered every single one quickly and clearly. I’m pretty sure he responded to text faster than anyone I know! We were out of state for part of the process, which could have made things complicated, but he went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was excellent and he made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly goes the extra mile for his clients, Austin is your guy. Highly recommend. Honestly, if every part of buying a home worked like Austin does, the process would be about 90% less stressful."

We had a high interest rate from back in the day when 9% was standard for home loans. I told Joseph the basics up front about a problem also with our old mortgage company giving us a negative mark to reflect 3 months late. I did have proof that it was paid and he worked with us patiently and professionally to get us from start to finish. I even kept jis name and number to talk to others in my family to refinance with him. He does VA along with every other type of mortgage! Our payment went from $719 to $410 which ALSO included our house insurance!! Thank you Joseph for helping us! Kathleen and Donald Williams, San Antonio, TX"
