Going into the purchase for my home I thought I was already knowledgeable, but Alana blew me away and taught me a thing or two. My purchase was going to be with a preferred lender for a new build, but I’m glad I gave Alana a chance to compete with their offer. She was wonderful to work with which is why I wanted to ultimately work with her on the transaction. When I went with the new build I didn’t think she’d have any chance, but she took the time to look at all the options to make sure I got the best deal. From working weekends and late nights to dealing with my temper tantrums, Alana couldn’t have been any better. It was a stressful process, but I won’t be going anywhere else for my future mortgages."

There were many times I would have to ask for updates and then the system would require things be signed that had been signed before 1 or times. Took too long, delays were met with excuses but the staff is friendly and I doubt much the technical issues are in the hands of the employees but it should be mentioned."
