Rocket/Rachel was my 2 phone call. I had a pretty bad experience with another company hiding the total closing cost amount in other numbers. And rushing me to sign papers before I read them thoroughly. I warned Rachel that it was going to be hard for me to trust her quotes. She promised me, that her numbers would be clear, easy to understand and that she wouldn't lie or hide anything. She was correct, when I closed, all the amounts were exactly as she presented them to me :)"

He also seems to understand -much like a coach, how to equip his customer to win the game. I don’t think I could have been better positioned in the marketplace without the coaching I received from Connor. He should write the training manual for all people going through the mortgage & buying process; as he seems to understand this business very well. Even beyond just great knowledge; Connor had never made me feel silly for asking questions & I had many! He was always professional & courteous & has an uncanny ability to communicate with clever angles as if we were in a chess match with the real estate & mortgage process! Best of all, Connor brought me to the finish line & created even a better result than I could have even imagined for myself financially. For over a month he held my hand and guided me step by step so that I could close the loan on my terms despite several surprises from my prior mortgage lenders. Mario is the most persistent, respectful and empowering banker I know. Anyone would be fortunate to have his time & attention in the lending process."
