I worked with Ed remotely to evaluate, negotiate, and execute two separate property refinance transactions. We spent several weeks deciding on exactly what direction we were going to go. Often, I would get sidetracked during the process with my kids and summer schedules and Ed would find helpful ways to reach out and keep us moving toward our goals. He provided the personal attention throughout the process of my first Rocket re-fi that put me completely at ease with the process. Josh kept me in the loop, and got me comfortable with the Rocket Mortgage methodology, helping to answer any questions I had along the way about completing tasks and getting across the finish line. Later, when rates took a momentary dip, he reached out to me to see about another re-fi—which I had only just started thinking about—and which I wound up closing with him once more, saving me more than $500/month. One hundred percent recommend working with Josh!"
