I know this is ridiculous but I was so concerned with getting an unfair deal or somebody taking advantage of someone trying to buy their first home that I sought out pre-approvals from five different lenders and got them all but the only one that could earn my trust with her transparency in our dealings and about my loan and the whole process was Andrea with Rocket Mortgage. She sat on the phone with me for hours at times explaining things and going over things and making sure I was okay with the loan terms. She did a soft pull on my credit to keep from damaging my score to see if she was going to be able to get me approved before she did the credit check and then even helped me to improve my credit score before the final credit check. She got me the lowest interest rate of any of the five lenders and pretty much held my hand through the whole process which everybody might not need but trust me I did and she was there without fail. Not only did I gain my first home that I love but I feel like I've gained a friend and would recommend Andrea to anybody looking for a mortgage at a great deal with somebody that will fight for them and give full disclosure throughout the whole process and not only that, but make you feel like a person that matters and not just another loan number."

We ended up saving over $700 per month and we didn't increase the term of our loan. We had 15 years remaining on our original loan and we still have 15 years. Anyway, if you're in the market to refinance, Maria is your "go to"! She'll be with you every step of the way. She's always available to answer your questions or talk with you about concerns you may have. You'll be in good hands!! We couldn't be happier!!"

My husband said that Nancy would be calling me. I immediately balked at talking to her - asking for proof that she was a legitimate agent. Nancy quickly directed me to a website that verified her outstanding credentials. Nancy was patient, kind, informed and worked very hard to help us through this process. Nancy provided us with a phone number where we could call her at any time for answers to questions and concerns we might have. My husband and I were pleased with the entire process dealing with Rocket Mortgage - even when the process went beyond the initial contact and we dealt with different representatives. We would recommend Nancy and Rocket Mortgage to our closest friends."
