When I originally received a call from him as a routine part of the home-buying process, I was not interested in working with Rocket Mortgage. I had a lender in mind already and I was clear about that in our initial conversation. Over time, and through consistent communication on Ryan’s part, I was won over. I had some questions and he took the initiative to seek out the answers and follow-up with me. To me, that speaks volumes of his character. He has continued to maintain communication throughout my home-buying process and worked with me through some unique circumstances. Undeniably, you will not be disappointed if you are fortunate enough to get to work with him."

Started the process with Lauren's assistance and guidance and it was all so easy and seemless, that there wasn't another choice. We were moving from California to Oregonbut not living in Oregon until after closing on the house. As a result going with Rocket was a great choice, there were no issues with proving retirement income or lending funds for a home in another state. Throughout the process Lauren was on track and always available to answer my questions or resolve issues as they came up. Lauren was a fantastic starting point and the rest of the staff that assisted us along the way were just as efficient. A big thanks for making the loan side of the process stress free. made it too easy,"
