He was willing to talk through options and adjust mortgage amounts until I felt comfortable with everything. Rocket mortgage was great to work with overall - but mostly because of Ross starting it out on the right note!! Highly recommend Ross!!"

He was able to show and explain to me the best ...Abe is the most professional, knowledgeable, and patient mortgage broker I have ever worked with. Time was of the essence for us to do a cash out refi. He was able to show and explain to me the best option we had at one heck of a fair interest rate and prove to me it's not called Rocket Mortgage for nothing. He really went above and beyond. I am nearly deaf and as such use a phone with headphones that help me hear somewhat better, but not perfect. We played tag on that phone number and even had a tech failure that caused us to be disconnected. He called back on our landline and my wife was home by then and she was able to answer his questions to get the ball rolling. During this loan process, I must have sent him a half dozen emails and he always answered the same day, within just a few hours. I felt if I was being a pain with all the questions, but he assured me every step of the way I was not. It was refreshing to work with Abe who clearly puts his clients first."

Clear and concise communication, prompt on all of the questions i asked, start to finish we closed in less than 30 days, which allowed us to get moved in and our kids room set up before he made us grand entrance!! I will 10000% be reaching back out to him during our next home purchase and will be sending everyone i know his way! Thanks for all your hard work bud!"

He was not even assigned to us in the beginning, but filling in for a coworker when he found and resolved an issue with our profile BEFORE it became an issue. Later, he was assigned to us. We found the perfect home, and Corey made sure we got into it. He was always available for our endless (and sometimes silly) questions and took every single one seriously. I wish we could gove Corey more than 5 stars. He made such a stressful experience so easy. My husband, two little girls, and I are now in our dream home because of Corey."
