This is also the 3rd time we have refinanced our home in the past 10 years. In all of my experiences with the mortgage industry, I found Bruce to be a flawless professional. He showed in-depth knowledge about Rocket Mortgage processes and the VA Interest Rate Reduction Loan structure. He was able to answer nearly all of my questions immediately on the phone. What I found to be most reassuring was that he was not afraid to tell me when he didn’t know a definitive answer and that he was going to look it up or ask someone. This immediately built rapport between the two of us and made me feel very comfortable that I was getting honest information. Bruce has an absolute knack for communicating with people. He has a positive, can-do demeanor that made our conversations quite fun despite the cumbersome topic. His communication style is also impressive in the fact that Bruce maintained a polite, respectful, and professional manner throughout the entire conversation. This was, by far, the best mortgage experience I have ever had!"
