Alexus took time even if we didn't have any specific questions to follow up with us and make sure that everything was going according to task now just navigate our app. I would highly recommend Alexus to work with anybody and everybody that needs a loan rocket mortgage seems to be a very good company that is there for the client not just a business and Alexus made that clear. Another terms it was apparent how committed Alexus is to her clients not only does she talk to talk she walks to walk."

He was available through email phone call texts, mark made my dream come true, and it’s still not real yet to me. I purchased my dream home. This buyer had previously canceled an escrow, and to be honest, I was hesitant when I found out Rocket Mortgage was involved. I had worked with Rocket Mortgage in the past and had very little success, and I had told myself I would never work with them again. Daniel Horvath completely changed my opinion. From the very beginning, Daniel did everything he said he would do. He kept me informed throughout the entire mortgage process with outstanding communication and proactive updates. He assured me we would close on time, and he delivered exactly as promised. What impressed me most was that Daniel went above and beyond his role. When issues arose involving the selling agent, he stepped in, helped resolve the situation, and kept the transaction moving forward. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to getting the deal closed made all the difference. Daniel Horvath is a tremendous asset to Rocket Mortgage. If I ever have another transaction involving Rocket Mortgage, Daniel is the only loan officer I would want to work with. He has earned my trust and completely changed my perception of the company."
