He is hardworking, passionate about his job, knowledgeable, honest and caring. Even though we didn’t buy a very expensive home, he treated us like a top priority. I was talked into choosing a local bank over Rocket Mortgage by a realtor and family. I initially tried First Commonwealth bank and had a TERRIBLE experience. They lost me a 15,000 grant and the home I was suppose to close ok due to the loan officers incompetence. I found out a day before closing that closing was postponed. I wasted a weeks vacation that I took from work to move. Then after their mess up they made up lies about my credit report and tried to blame it on that. Defeated I almost bought an RV to live in with my family. I decided to try one last time and went back to Derek at Rocket. I just closed on my new home two days ago. The process was so easy and went smooth. I was supported by the team every step of the way. Derek even lent an ear to listen to my personal problems! He is ALWAYS working!! He deserves a raise and vacation! Anyway, being able to close so easily with Rocket showed me that First commonwealth lied to cover their mistake and their lie about my credit standing almost cost my family a home to call their own. Thank you Rocket Mortgage and especially Derek for making my dreams of being a homeowner a reality. I would recommend this bank to ANYONE. You can personally call me anytime if you have doubts! Derek has my number! Don’t believe the lie that local banks are better!"

He made everything easy to understand, was very flexible in his availability, and honestly was the major reason as to why our process was quick and smooth. He was attentive and helpful throughout preapproval, making offers, and the actual mortgaging process. He checked in often to help with documentation or just to see if we needed anything. He was very relational and was very quick to get answers to any questions. We are very thankful for his help over the past several weeks and can’t recommend him enough! Bari saved me so much money by offering me loans I thought I couldn't even get, but he made it happen! If your needing a mortgage loan then give Bari a call with Rocket Mortgage, he gets it done fast and he don't play around. I closed in less than 30 days! Kyle reached out to us in mid-September with a refi...We did our first Rocket Mortgage loan over a year ago. At the time we were told the Rocket would monitor to see if there was a better rate for us. Kyle reached out to us in mid-September with a refi which brought our loan percentage down nearly 1%. Kyle was always available to answer our questions via text of email. In fact I once joked with him if he ever was not working. Kyle made the process easy, and fast. We closed our refi 3 1/2 weeks after first contact. Thanks Kyle!"

He got my pre-approval letter ready quickly, which helped me win my offer. He stayed on top of every detail, ensured all documents were ready for underwriting, and was available and responsive throughout the closing process assisting me with the whole ordeal that followed once my documents went to Rocket Mortgage operation team in this big company. i would highly recommend him as he showed to be a true gem with his exceptional positive attitude when working with clients. unfortunately ii was handed off to another persons from Rocket operation’s ream who were incompetent and inefficient causing a whole week delay in the promised closing date we had initially. we still closed within 35 days but there was no transparency of the painful operation team that caused unnecessary stress and logistical challenges. While I appreciate the efforts of Tyler and recommend him highly , i would have appreciated if Tyler was my sole point of contact from Rocket throughout the closing process."

They were so hide-bound over corporate policy, and their environment was a call center model (I never spoke with the same person twice). At six weeks and still not in underwriting, I went looking for an alternative because I could see the other folks were not really interested in doing the work to get it done. That's when I found Nate Dubber and Rocket. In fifteen days, we had overcome the same hurdles the other company would not, and we had a closing appointment. At this point, I received a notification from the other company informing me that the time window for resolving their issue had closed, and they would not be able to move forward. I laughed and responded that they were so slow that I had fired them two weeks before without telling them because I wanted to see how the process died. Nate Dubber and Rocket are the way to go."
