In this age of AI and robotics and overseas phone representatives who barely speak English, to be lucky enough to find someone like Tori is a real lucky break. At a very difficult time in my life my contact with her amounts to a genuine blessing! She responded by phone to my online inquiry about accessing equity from my house. While I do not presently qualify, she checked my financial status and advised me how l could change my status in the shortest time. Moreover’ she offered me very good advice about how to survive my present financial difficulties and invited me to call her if l needed further guidance or help. And what does she expect in return? Only that l allow her to handle my equity transaction when l do qualify. You bet l will!
