He also has a very calm and reassuring attitude. I know that goes along with having a wealth of knowledge in getting a job done well. Good Customer Service is becoming a thing of the past but with Lucas it was there from start to finish. It made the process so enjoyable that we will miss our conversations with him. MR. Andrew Johnson talked to me for about 3 to 5 minutes and I became very relaxed. I felt as if this person could help me .I gave Andrew a little information and he said he was going to call me back in a short while. Suprise as I was when he called me back whitin one hour he had a working plain for me .keep in mind that I was after a VA. loan,I spent less money with Rocket Mortgage and less paper work with Rocket Mortgage , ANDREW JOHNSON and his team completed the whole process in 26 days ,compared to Loan Depot 126 days without any results.I will recommend ANDREW and HIS TEAM ANY TIME,all of them was really greate too work with . Thank you to Andrew JOHNSON AND TEAM FOR YOUR HELP. "

"I was not even considering a refinancing on my current VA Loan with Rocket as I called them to discuss escrow account information. The rep who handled that call said I was eligible for a loan review ...I was not even considering a refinancing on my current VA Loan with Rocket as I called them to discuss escrow account information. The rep who handled that call said I was eligible for a loan review and if I was interested she could transfer me but it was not required. I am always willing to listen so I told her yes I was connected to Dezerae. She was instantly a bubbling, powerful personality you couldn’t help but like. She went over my information quite quickly and determined I could do a Stream Lined VA refinance since I did not want to cash out any equity. This stream lined loan required no new information from me and they used the information from the current loan. They didn’t even have to do the lengthy, time consuming income verification. No appraisal was required either. They were able to do this because everything they had fell within a certain time line so it wasn’t required to get all new information. They simply had to confirm all the information was still current which they could do by accessing it online but didn’t have to wait for newer information to be provided to them. She was able to get me an interest rate at 1.5% less than the one I currently had and was able to get close to $1500 in waived closing fees as well. Ultimately the offer she came back with resulted in lowering my mortgage payment by about $250 less per month and my property tax situation had changed drastically so the escrow account requirement would be lowered by about $400 per month for the property tax portion. My total new mortgage payment including the escrow account payment portion lowered the payment by about $750.00 per month. I agreed to it and she immediately did her part on their end to get the refinance going and this was mid day on a Thursday. She sent me all the forms and other required documents and provided me with a direct contact # & Email / text # too in case I had problems or needed assistance. I immediately started working on my part that afternoon. As I was doing it she was in a meeting of some kind but in the middle of my completing the documents she did text me just to let me know she was monitoring my progress and watching to see I was hitting any snags or experiencing any issues that may require her help but I didn’t. After everything was done by me by Friday morning it was all turned over to another unit / and person for further processing. I was only contacted once and that was to verify the new credit report was actually a valid request by me because I had blocks placed with each credit bureau requiring them to insure any requests for new credit were in fact being requested by my because I had a series of fraudulent activity the previous year. They did not get me on the phone on Friday but called again on Saturday and did get me so they verified the credit report confirmation part and were able to continue on with what they were required to do as far as processing the loan. They had to do the property title search and verification which is one part that can take an extended amount of time complete. However, by Monday we had the initial approval already and they just had a few minor things required of them on their end to complete and then the closing could be scheduled. Of course, on Tuesday we were able to set up the closing appointment which we did for a day the next week that was 7 days later I believe. We had our closing which was flawless and our current loan was paid off after the 3 day period required by the closing laws in GA. Dezerae was extremely knowledgeable and a sheer delight to deal with and made herself available to me virtually 24 hrs a day. I have nothing negative to say at all regarding her or her actions and service she provided. It was 100 % unbeatable service. This will be the 3rd loan or refinance with Rocket and our experience with them has been flawless. Of course they provided extremely fast approvals and processing and have never given us any issues or hassles over our monthly payments . They make the insurance payments on time and pay the taxes in the the 2 payments they are allowed to by our county. Simply put there is no other service that can compare or even come close to the service provided by Dezerae and Rocket. You won’t go wrong by picking them for your mortgage provider or servicer. I believe we have been dealing with them now since about 2019 have absolutely no problems, issues or complaints and Dezerae was another bright star in the years we have been dealing with them. At this point I would not deal with any other mortgage provider. PERIOD! Dezerae is a true asset to Rocket and you can tell by her attitude and service that she is truly happy with her job and her ability to work with customers like me."

I really do not know how Steph managed to guide us through the process....he probably wonders himself. We took up much more of his time with continuing patience throughout. Michael was a joy to work with throughout this process, taking massive amounts of time with me going through documents and numbers, answering all my questions, and making sure I thoroughly understood the process, the vocabulary, and the financial situation. When, with this knowledge, I made clear our constraints and where we did or did not have any give, he clearly outlined options available and went in search of more. All our time was centered around her. She passed away and then we were wrapped up in making funeral arrangements. There were many delays and we are exhausted from all the tension and stress. Dan was fantastic! He was very reassuring at a very difficult time. We have already recommended him to others. Hopefully we will hear other successful stories."
