Anton was nothing but professional and friendly. He was patient with me and my lack-of vernacular with finances. He stayed on the phone with me for almost two hours walking me through all the paperwork and answering literally every question that popped into my head all the while having casual conversation to fill any awkward pauses. Point being - the whole process felt organic and I never felt "cheated" or rushed in anyway. Anton was clear and concise in what needed to happen and he always felt like he was on my side when figuring out costs. I highly recommend working with Anton and Rocket Mortgage."

It took almost...I have worked with Odin since 2014 and there has not been a loan he was not able to close. I recently worked with him on a very challenging loan that had a contingency in another state. It took almost a year to close but Odin was a team player the whole time. He went above and beyond communicating to all parties, supporting me and walking our clients through all the intricate details. Our clients had a tough time finding the right agent in their state that could sell their home but once they did, Odin helped everything fall in line with closing so it was right in the timeline we needed. They are happy in their new build beautiful home and felt supported throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about Odin. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and cares for the best interest of his clients. He truly looks out for the best interest of everybody involved. Highly recommend!!!!"

In a pretty short period of time, we worked through the details and were able to secure a low interest rate on a the new loan quickly. When I had questions as the loan processing took place over the next couple of weeks, Tony was able to get me the information I needed to ensure that the costs coming through were no different than what we had discussed that first day we solidified the deal. Having that access to the consistent personnel throughout the process was very helpful."

She listened carefully to our goals, took the time to analyze a couple of options, and called ...We were fortunate to reach Kathy on our initial call seeking another Rocket Mortgage for a second home. She listened carefully to our goals, took the time to analyze a couple of options, and called back to explain the pros and cons of each. Once we selected the alternative right for us, she quickly described and collected the data necessary for the loan application. She advised us within a few days that we were credit approved, and then clearly explained the legal due diligence required for loan approval. That legal due diligence (tithe search, CCR analysis and status review, and appraisal) took longer than hoped (not Kathy’s fault), but thanks to foundation she prepared, it also was approved and the loan closed quickly thereafter. Kathy was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and professional, And she was largely responsible a successful result and two happy customers."
