Buying a home always has a level of stress, but Hugh alleviated that stress while making sure we stayed on track to complete the necessary tasks at hand. We wanted to close in 3 weeks, which is a small window. Hugh walked us through the process, and even when he was on vacation with family, he contacted us to make sure we weren’t having any challenges. We could feel the smile on his face every time we spoke. I doubt we would have found the home we did and purchased it so quickly without is warmth and guidance. His job should have stopped once we purchased the home. However, we wanted to change to paying bi-weekly instead of monthly. Hugh researched what was involved in making the change and got us in contact with the person who was able to help us. He is just amazing."
