We understood that there is more than one person involved with these loans. There was a significant amount of money that was not going to be returned to us. After noticing this we quickly gave Ashley a call and she was promptly on it. This was our third time refinancing with this company and we had never had a problem like this before. On our closing date on our actual appointment they had forgotten to send us and the lady that was doing all the notary for our closing the documents for the closing. We started our appointment 45 min late due to this negligence. I understand this is all alot of work for them but, it is for us as well. I just would liked it to go a little smoother like previous times before. With all that being said. We appreciate all the work you did for us. Thank you!"

If there was stress, it was good stress, the kind that comes with a big, exciting life step, not the kind that comes from feeling lost or unsupported. Robin was clear, responsive, and genuinely on our side every step of the way. She has a gift for explaining things so they actually make sense, and she never once made us feel like just another file on her desk. Any time we had a question, big or small, she was there with patience and a real answer, not just reassurance. If anything, this experience taught us how much of a difference the right person can make. We learned so much about our own finances and how this whole process works, and we know that's because Robin took the time to walk us through it instead of just pushing paperwork through. We started off as strangers and left as family, and we're forever grateful that our path crossed with hers. If you're looking for a loan officer who will treat you like family and actually have your back from start to finish, ask for Robin. We'd do this whole process all over again as long as she was the one guiding us through it."
