I do give her 5 stars, however Dorian misled me and that I am frustrated with. I was clear that I did not want to buy points to get a lower rate, I have a great credit score and would not need points to get a reasonable rate because he agreed with this and quoted me a lower interest rate than our local bank I went ahead and went with Rocket. Also, Dorian had told me about some programs that would help me with lower out of pocket like rental reimbursement and using the referred realtor they sent. He did not mention those could not be stacked until much later in the process. After I did not have a choice but to move forward. Camille did get some of the points removed but even she came back with points to close which was ridiculous. The process was easy, I did like that but I could have gotten a much better rate locally and that is just my mistake for not making that choice. Camille I recommend highly, Dorian not so much and I am not sure if that is really just a Rocket Mortgage way of doing business or not so I am still on the fence with the Company itself."

"Peter, as the lead of his team, is a totally competent and efficient person at what he does. I've dealt with numerous mortgages and property purchases over my lifetime, and I've never dealt with a ...Peter, as the lead of his team, is a totally competent and efficient person at what he does. I've dealt with numerous mortgages and property purchases over my lifetime, and I've never dealt with a loan officer or the like whom I would consider as fully competent, thorough, and organized as they should be..... that is until working with Peter. Everything he did was efficient, thorough, and in the proper order. For instance, he (and Rocket) made sure the appraisal was done to justify the loan from that end before a hard credit check pull was done. In the past it's always been the opposite, often with my credit score getting dinged but an appraisal coming in different that anticipated, and having to redo the loan applications or dropping them and moving on to another more competent lender. Peter is the epitome of what a loan processor/officer should be. I consider a loan officer to be more important than the underwriter, because the underwriter makes their decision based on what a loan officer presents to them. Peter not only know what he's doing, including the ins and the outs, but he intimately understands what he's doing, and it reflects in the outcomes of the underwriters final decisions to approve a mortgage. Thank you so much, Peter, for a job well done. Oh, so I don't forget, Wendy, the mobile Notary who handled the closing signings for us out where we live, was a huge help, and was thorough in her handling of the documents."
