I am thankful to Rocket mortgage for helping secure my family home after a buy out loan was arranged by the estate attorneys which was a high interest rate instrument because the estate held the loan not me as an individual. Natalie reviewed the trust instruments and determined correctly that I was now sole owner of the home and was therefore eligible to refinance at a much lower rate of interest to allow me to not have to be forced to sell sell the property and build a permitted in-law units as well as live in the house."

All my questions were answered and I was kept up to speed on every step throughout the process. The closing was very easy as I had already been provided with all the loan details so all I had to do was sign the documents. Every person I dealt with was easy to talk to and no pressure was applied to close the loan. Would highly recommend working with Rocket Mortgage in the future. "In a home buying market where every minute counts on winning a bid for a home, having a mortgage representative like Tomas Skeeters can be the determining factor for having an offer accepted or ...In a home buying market where every minute counts on winning a bid for a home, having a mortgage representative like Tomas Skeeters can be the determining factor for having an offer accepted or refused. We sold our previous home (also mortgaged through Rocket) and went blindly to another state to look for our retirement home. The market where we were moving was totally a "sellers" market and houses were going on and off the market in days if not hours. We contacted Rocket Mortgage to establish our financing and were contacted by banker Tomas Skeeters within mere minutes. Tomas had our qualifying letter to our real estate agent the same day and, with documentation in hand, we felt confident to make offers. It took us a week or two to make an offer as many of the houses we were interested in looking at were under contract before we could even schedule an appointment. When we did find our dream home and made our offer it was accepted within hours. We thank Tomas for that because he had all OUR ducks in a row for us and was almost instantaneous with our numbers and paperwork. There was another offer on the table along with our offer but I felt the seller had confidence in our ability to purchase because Tomas communicated with our real estate agent on our behalf. In this market you cannot hesitate or you will lose. Tomas spoke with us two/three times a day and kept us moving forward with necessary verification documents. Because of Tomas' expertise and communications we were able to obtain our financing, find our house and close in less than one month. It would have been sooner but the closing attorneys in the area were too busy to close any earlier. Thank you Tomas. We consider you more than our mortgage banker but also a friend. I would call Rocket Mortgage immediately for a mortgage and do recommend them highly. Tomas Skeeters is a definite asset to the company. Trust him."
