I know this is ridiculous but I was so concerned with getting an unfair deal or somebody taking advantage of someone trying to buy their first home that I sought out pre-approvals from five different lenders and got them all but the only one that could earn my trust with her transparency in our dealings and about my loan and the whole process was Andrea with Rocket Mortgage. She sat on the phone with me for hours at times explaining things and going over things and making sure I was okay with the loan terms. She did a soft pull on my credit to keep from damaging my score to see if she was going to be able to get me approved before she did the credit check and then even helped me to improve my credit score before the final credit check. She got me the lowest interest rate of any of the five lenders and pretty much held my hand through the whole process which everybody might not need but trust me I did and she was there without fail. Not only did I gain my first home that I love but I feel like I've gained a friend and would recommend Andrea to anybody looking for a mortgage at a great deal with somebody that will fight for them and give full disclosure throughout the whole process and not only that, but make you feel like a person that matters and not just another loan number."

He also was very patient in answering all of my questions and if he did not have the answer, he would reach out to the proper department and provide me with their contact information or provide their response, again all within a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Alex and would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a mortgage loan."

Jesse was very polite and I felt like he was looking out for me in my best interest regardless if I went with Rocket Mortgage or any other company. He also stayed working weekends to help me out. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a better rate with Rocket Mortgage, but the fact that Jesse wasn't bitter about it and he told me that that was the best deal out there for me to take it shows a lot about him."

Kristen responded to my request for assistance with converting my Construction Loan into a permanent loan and did so quickly and expertly. Not the cookie cutter Mortgage transaction but Rocket through the entire journey made it seamless. I have taken out 8 other Mortgages in my lifetime including liaison duty when my wife and I moved our moms near us some years back. None of those journeys compared to this our 9th and intended last. Rocket Mortgage stands out as Best in Class. They were my best rate, their process is extremely well plotted, their staff very well trained: and most importantly, well suited for World Class Service and execution of protocol. If I am seem overly effusive, no apologies. Kristen, Peter, and Kendal were all fantastically attentive. Kendal was particularly special in her push at the finish line when issues with the build delayed closing. I am very grateful to all."
