I was told horror stories about different things that could go wrong before closing and I called Justyn every time, and he calmed me down ,and told me there was nothing to worry about. He was right. He guided me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable. Even when there were other people put on my team, Justyn checked in often and made sure everything was on track. I am so grateful that I got to work with him. I am truly blessed to have had him on my side through my first home purchase. We had a peculiar case with fluctuating schedules (night shifts, etc.) and he was with us all the way, balancing communications when we needed them, making sure we were aware of what questions to ask him, as well as other groups that we may be researching. He made sure we were 1) Well Informed, 2) Well Supported, and 3) doing what was best for our family financially. He supported some of our extended family with their home mortgage as well. Their experience was also smooth sailing. We could not have asked for a better first person to work with in researching our first home mortgage. Thank you, John!"

Communication was above and beyond from initial quote to close. I would recommend two things to anyone seeking a mortgage from Rocket Mortgage: Work with Henry and be transparent with how you're shopping and other offers. Every offer another lender provided for us, Henry did us one better. He was on top of everything that was happening with our loan and stacked benefits on benefits to secure our business. From initial skepticism about a virtual lender to complete satisfaction, my mind is at ease about doing business with Rocket Mortgage."

Throughout the multiple proposals and document changes Andrew stuck with us. My wife and I were amazed when we finally got an offer accepted and Andrew stayed on the phone with us until late on a Saturday night to get the paperwork done so we could make a quick close. You simply don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I would and will recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a house and ask for Andrew!"

"My husband and I have owned and sold at least 10 properties in our life and BY FAR, Robert moved us through the smoothest closing we have ever had. Our builder did NOT want us to use Rocket Mortgage ...My husband and I have owned and sold at least 10 properties in our life and BY FAR, Robert moved us through the smoothest closing we have ever had. Our builder did NOT want us to use Rocket Mortgage based on one experience they had with another closing. We shared this with Robert—we elegantes assurance that he could help us move through this closing without issues, bc we’ve used Rocket Mortgage several times in the past and have always had good experiences. He did exactly that: he walked us through each step of the way, along with two other (also excellent) team members. Robert’s kindness, patience, empathy, knowledge, ability to get us a great interest rate, ever present availability, and responsiveness just were above and beyond what one can expect. He also made himself available for our actual closing (even though he really didn’t have to, as that was the purview of our other Rocket reps (who also were ever available!) and even with the 3-hour time distance b/t him and us. Robert is awesome! We hope he has a long and successful career at Rocket Mortgage: he is more than we could have hoped for! Thank you so so much, Robert! We are so grateful to have worked with you!"

"I’m not even sure where to begin with expressing our satisfaction and pleasure in having Dylan Dooley from Rocket Mortgage as our guy. The funny thing, as a guy who worked the overnight shift most of ...I’m not even sure where to begin with expressing our satisfaction and pleasure in having Dylan Dooley from Rocket Mortgage as our guy. The funny thing, as a guy who worked the overnight shift most of my career, I’m up at all hours of the night taking care of things. You know, like looking to get home financing info at 2AM. I did a little research and minutes later, I was chatting with a wide awake, very knowledgeable, polite and professional guy named Dylan Dooley. This was not my first home purchase, but I must say it was my absolute best mortgage experience. One of the things that stood out from the first contact was Dylan’s absolute transparency. I’ve had some not so comforting dealings with mortgage bankers in the past, and also some good dealings. Dylan was by far the absolute, hands down best. I made a list of the three lenders I was interviewing as I shopped for a mortgage, my current home mortgage bank landed in the #4 position. You read that right!!! They were number 4 on a list of 3! Their offer of financing was horrible! A local mortgage broker who was a referral from a real estate agent was #2. At the top of the list, a guy I had no relationship with, someone who nobody referred me to, a guy that a late night internet search for mortgage info connected me with. A guy who earned the #1 spot on my list. Apples to apples, line by line, nobody could touch Dylan’s deal. Dylan was prompt and courteous, followed up regularly and I never felt alone. For anyone in need of a mortgage lender, I am OCD meticulous and detail oriented in the way I conduct business. It was an absolute pleasure to know Dylan was as detailed and not only did he speak knowledgeably, but he listened to everything I said. Listened and actually understood. He got me the exact product I wanted and needed. Short of someone giving a loan away for free, it was a fantastic unbeatable experience. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Dylan! Keep doing what you do, the way you do it!!! I’ll be back for sure and for anyone who I know that is in the market for a home financing or refinancing product, I’m sharing your name and number!!! Thank you brother!"

He has been so helpful making sure we're knowledgeable about all of our loan options, giving recommendations on where to focus our attention as far as paying down debts and saving for a down payment, and answering all of our questions about everything in between. We are just starting this home buying journey so I can't speak on working with him from start to finish yet, but we've purchased two homes before this and have worked with numerous people during those processes and Tom was more helpful in a span of a couple of days than others have been over the course of months. Whether we end up going with Rocket Mortgage or not depending what direction we decide to go, I'd highly recommend Tom if you'll be working with Rocket Mortgage."
