"She was very positive about the loan process and when I had some difficulty with bank statements not being complete enough I knew it would get resolved with her and the other closing loan team staff. ...She was very positive about the loan process and when I had some difficulty with bank statements not being complete enough I knew it would get resolved with her and the other closing loan team staff. I am thankful to Rocket mortgage for helping secure my family home after a buy out loan was arranged by the estate attorneys which was a high interest rate instrument because the estate held the loan not me as an individual. Natalie reviewed the trust instruments and determined correctly that I was now sole owner of the home and was therefore eligible to refinance at a much lower rate of interest to allow me to not have to be forced to sell sell the property and build a permitted in-law units as well as live in the house."

I was outbid on 8 houses and we were running short on time to make the closing when I needed it to. Peter understood my stress level and desperation, of which I did not get a house where I wanted it. It's such a housing war, when your in contention with people walking in with a wade of cash!! Give him a raise, send him and Rodney on an all expense paid vacation!! Peter is worth his weight in gold!!! Thanks Peter for all you do."
