Jesse was very polite and I felt like he was looking out for me in my best interest regardless if I went with Rocket Mortgage or any other company. He also stayed working weekends to help me out. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a better rate with Rocket Mortgage, but the fact that Jesse wasn't bitter about it and he told me that that was the best deal out there for me to take it shows a lot about him."

He has been so helpful making sure we're ...We just recently started working with Tom getting things in motion/lined out for purchasing our 3rd home when our lease is up at the beginning of next year. He has been so helpful making sure we're knowledgeable about all of our loan options, giving recommendations on where to focus our attention as far as paying down debts and saving for a down payment, and answering all of our questions about everything in between. We are just starting this home buying journey so I can't speak on working with him from start to finish yet, but we've purchased two homes before this and have worked with numerous people during those processes and Tom was more helpful in a span of a couple of days than others have been over the course of months. Whether we end up going with Rocket Mortgage or not depending what direction we decide to go, I'd highly recommend Tom if you'll be working with Rocket Mortgage."
