I was told horror stories about different things that could go wrong before closing and I called Justyn every time, and he calmed me down ,and told me there was nothing to worry about. He was right. He guided me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable. Even when there were other people put on my team, Justyn checked in often and made sure everything was on track. I am so grateful that I got to work with him. I am truly blessed to have had him on my side through my first home purchase. I will be recommending anyone who tells me they are buying a home or refinancing to Justyn, he is the best."

I know this is ridiculous but I was so concerned with ...I saw a coffee mug the other day that said "mortgage banker" because badass miracle worker isn't a job title and it made me think of Andrea. I know this is ridiculous but I was so concerned with getting an unfair deal or somebody taking advantage of someone trying to buy their first home that I sought out pre-approvals from five different lenders and got them all but the only one that could earn my trust with her transparency in our dealings and about my loan and the whole process was Andrea with Rocket Mortgage. She sat on the phone with me for hours at times explaining things and going over things and making sure I was okay with the loan terms. She did a soft pull on my credit to keep from damaging my score to see if she was going to be able to get me approved before she did the credit check and then even helped me to improve my credit score before the final credit check. She got me the lowest interest rate of any of the five lenders and pretty much held my hand through the whole process which everybody might not need but trust me I did and she was there without fail. Not only did I gain my first home that I love but I feel like I've gained a friend and would recommend Andrea to anybody looking for a mortgage at a great deal with somebody that will fight for them and give full disclosure throughout the whole process and not only that, but make you feel like a person that matters and not just another loan number."

Throughout the multiple proposals and document changes Andrew stuck with us. My wife and I were amazed when we finally got an offer accepted and Andrew stayed on the phone with us until late on a Saturday night to get the paperwork done so we could make a quick close. You simply don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I would and will recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a house and ask for Andrew!"
