Brady stayed on top of everything to make sure we got all supporting docs necessary, to the proper departments within a specific period of time. Brady is able to explain things, & he knew who to contact to bump things up, to get through the process. It all worked out the way we were hoping for. There is so much information out there and most of the time it is people trying to get you to buy in to what is just educational but not actually helping you but spending money to learn. Jason provided a 2nd opinion I needed to keep it simple and save money in a more logical approach. I appreciated his advice and it reassured me that my compass is heading back in the right direction.
