He explained everything in simple terms for me and when I felt overwhelmed, he eased my mind and I felt that I was in good hands. He never once paid attention to the time of day or how many times I had to contact him. He always made me feel comfortable calling with any questions or problems that I encountered. I knew from day one that he was very understanding of my situation which made me feel glad that I chose Rocket Mortgage for my lending company. When he is out of the scene, the process became too slow and very different from previous refinancing. What really gave us so much problem was the method employed to finalize the entire process? The fact that they did not pay the people we owe but wanted us to make the payments was a disaster. But then the check was not hours. It presented problems that forced us to mail checks out when some of them, like Nissan was calling every minute asking to be paid. It would have been better Amrock, LLC had made the payments."

That first loan just kind of stopped moving. Partially my own fault for not following up on it more frequently but I'm just as busy as anyone else. Partially due to nobody telling me what to do and when! I didn't have any question where we were at and what was next with Luke. He kept me informed and when there was an unexpected and quite large rate increase, I believed Luke when he said he was doing everything he could to get that back down to what we originally discussed. And he did."

"Before contacting Fay I had called several different loan companies , all to no avail... All that I ran into were very rude people that wanted me to do all their work for them... All that I ran into were very rude people that wanted me to do all their work for them... Duscouraged and about ready to just stay in my current loan, I contacted Rocket Mortgage... What a difference and pleasant surprise when Fay answered... She made everything so easy, and pushed it all through so quickly, all while staying in touch with me on a regular basis... Infact I still contact her on the direct line she gave me for other questions I may have... I myself work in upper management, and realize what a person on the team like her means to the success of a company.... In closing I would like to thank Fay once again for her kindness, respect, and knowledge of her profession."
