Like, seriously. He got us, from start to close (we changed mortgage lenders about 30 days out) in less than 30 days. Next, he got us almost 1% rate difference between our old lender and Rocket, and our closing costs were about $4k less. THEN dealing with the older lender and their nonsense, getting the appraisal from them, pacifying the seller's agent, and the list goes on and on. He made the process pretty painless and stress-free compared to my previous home purchases, especially since we were working with him from 4-5 states away. He knew what he was talking about and was the voice of reassurance when things looked like they were going sideways. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend him more."

Buying a home comes with a lot of questions, and Austin answered every single one quickly and clearly. I’m pretty sure he responded to text faster than anyone I know! We were out of state for part of the process, which could have made things complicated, but he went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was excellent and he made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly goes the extra mile for his clients, Austin is your guy. Highly recommend. Honestly, if every part of buying a home worked like Austin does, the process would be about 90% less stressful."

I filled out an application on some realtor website, and with a snap of a finger I was receiving call after call in regards to getting a home loan, all acting like car salesman just wanting to have their way with my wallet. But then, Kelly called... She could here the stress, and anxiousness in my voice. Within seconds that feeling had all went away. Like I said before, it was my first time in the realm of purchasing my own property. Kelly explained everything to me; acronyms, what escrow is, tips, and the whole process in general. When I say everything, I mean everything—two sheets of printer paper filled out with notes from top to bottom, and front to back. Kelly had gotten to know me, not as a customer but as friend. She figured out what my budget was that was financially feasible, rather than what would fill her pockets, while emptying mine. Not only do I suggest Kelly, and Rocket Mortgage, to someone wanting to purchase a home, but I encourage any young first timer, who may be up in the air, stressed or nervous about home buying to reach out to Kelly, and I can confidently say it’ll be the best decision you make.
