He is very informative and answers questions quickly. James never made us feel inadequate with our lack of knowledge and numerous questions. Whenever we called him he was prompt to call us back or he answered right away. Even on weekends he would get back to us. We had questions the weekend before closing and he checked everything out for us and got back to us promptly with the answers. It is too bad we can't buy more property. We will definitely recommend James to anyone who is in need of a mortgage. Sincerely, James and Janice D"

I had a tough case to work with, the process was not easy. However, Hasan broke everything down for me to make sure I fully understood what was going on and kept me updated when in the escrow process. There were many issues with my case but Hasan took the time to find solutions and options to get my loan processed. Although I had a tight budget he still cared for me as he would anyone else. I am forever grateful to Hasan and all the work he put in to get my kids and I into our first HOME. I fully recommend him and could not be more appreciative of the work he did for us. "You have to get ahold of this guy! If you want to refi or get a better loan deal don’t look further, I was on the phone all day a few times with rocket and then with loan Depot (watch out for). When I received a call with yaser and he told me how things work and helped me refi at a awesome rate! Turned my fha into a conv and saved me 20 grand literally!! I’m serious look no further he puts himself in your shoes during the process and by the way the process is seamless and easy rocket mortgage all the way but definitely talk to yaser! Oh and by the way everything that he said that he told me was 100% correct throughout the loan process my rate got locked in etc. getting your first mortgage refinancing can be one of the most stressful things I know it by firsthand all I had to do was sign a few papers online using E signAnd now I’m not paying too much in interest! My 4 kids thank you yasar!! I owe you a steak dinner!"

I was prepared...I contacted Rocket Mortgage at the beginning of this pandemic that our world is presently in, thinking it was just going to be an information call regarding a refi. Travis was my rep. I was prepared to find out that I would not be able to begin, much less complete, any kind of re-fi due to circumstances of COVID-19. What I got was the complete opposite. I got Travis and he was wonderful! He answered all of my questions in a quick and professional manner. He was SO personable as we shared how life and working conditions/environments had changed...working out our homes. He got back to me immediately with answers. He also placed me in a re-fi that saved me money and cut down my mortgage years. I am grateful for his hard work and commitment to his position."

We often times have difficulty ...Cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Lacey-- and my realtor agrees! As an entrepreneur, I was apprehensive from the beginning of the process. We often times have difficulty securing mortgages due to inconsistent income or too many tax write-offs, or a combination of the two. Lacey was understanding of this from day one and worked diligently to help me secure financing for my dream home. She is very professional, always friendly, and incredibly responsive/proactively communicative. I never had to wonder where we were at during the process or what was expected of me, because Lacey was a step ahead in explaining. My realtor (who admittedly prefers local lenders) agrees, and said that her mind would be completely changed if every online lending process went as smoothly as this one with Lacey did. Would absolutely recommend anyone-- special circumstances or not-- to reach out to Lacey for their home lending needs!"

I filled out an application on some realtor website, and with a snap of a finger I was receiving call after call in regards to getting a home loan, all acting like car salesman just wanting to have their way with my wallet. But then, Kelly called... She could here the stress, and anxiousness in my voice. Within seconds that feeling had all went away. Like I said before, it was my first time in the realm of purchasing my own property. Kelly explained everything to me; acronyms, what escrow is, tips, and the whole process in general. When I say everything, I mean everything—two sheets of printer paper filled out with notes from top to bottom, and front to back. Kelly had gotten to know me, not as a customer but as friend. She figured out what my budget was that was financially feasible, rather than what would fill her pockets, while emptying mine. Not only do I suggest Kelly, and Rocket Mortgage, to someone wanting to purchase a home, but I encourage any young first timer, who may be up in the air, stressed or nervous about home buying to reach out to Kelly, and I can confidently say it’ll be the best decision you make. "Peter, as the lead of his team, is a totally competent and efficient person at what he does. I've dealt with numerous mortgages and property purchases over my lifetime, and I've never dealt with a ...Peter, as the lead of his team, is a totally competent and efficient person at what he does. I've dealt with numerous mortgages and property purchases over my lifetime, and I've never dealt with a loan officer or the like whom I would consider as fully competent, thorough, and organized as they should be..... that is until working with Peter. Everything he did was efficient, thorough, and in the proper order. For instance, he (and Rocket) made sure the appraisal was done to justify the loan from that end before a hard credit check pull was done. In the past it's always been the opposite, often with my credit score getting dinged but an appraisal coming in different that anticipated, and having to redo the loan applications or dropping them and moving on to another more competent lender. Peter is the epitome of what a loan processor/officer should be. I consider a loan officer to be more important than the underwriter, because the underwriter makes their decision based on what a loan officer presents to them. Peter not only know what he's doing, including the ins and the outs, but he intimately understands what he's doing, and it reflects in the outcomes of the underwriters final decisions to approve a mortgage. Thank you so much, Peter, for a job well done. Oh, so I don't forget, Wendy, the mobile Notary who handled the closing signings for us out where we live, was a huge help, and was thorough in her handling of the documents."
