Alex was knowledgeable and helpful, and put me at ease during the entire process. He also made me feel as though he had a personal interest in me and never once made me feel like a number. Alex was available at any time to ask a question or check on the status, and didn't simply pass me off to the next person in line. He held my hand throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Alex Vail!"
