I was hesitant at first to do everything online and not person to person, but he put me at ease because he would always answer my calls or if I had to leave a message, he always called back in a timely manner. She went above and beyond helping me with all this on line technology. Never used the computer to apply for any type of loan. Menal with the patience of a saint, was able to get me to understand how to submit information, download, upload how to use a electronic signature. It was a challenge for me but with Menal's help we got through it. If I ever apply for a loan again I would want her. All the people involved in our loan process was very helpful."

When I started the process they asked questions, I answered. When I had questions, they answered. When something came up that created a necessary change, they took care of everything. I had phone numbers, emails and they were easy to get in touch with at any time. I only had to provide certain paperwork and check my "checklist" regularly to see if anything else was needed, or to see where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage - and Rocket Mortgage - to anyone looking for financing or refinancing housing."

David always returned my calls or emails when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to facilitate my re-fi. He kept me informed. He was great.
