During 1st contact she talked to me and not at me, she listened and didn't pre-judge or had boilerplate answers to questions (as she most likely has heard them all) for she answered the questions I had for those questions and didn't talk around them. It did take several conversations before I was ready ahead with the loan, and at not time did she push me into making a decision. She talked to me (without selling me) about the Pro's and Con's on getting the loan and let me take me time in making the decision and only called to check in on the dates we had discussed for her to do so. All the way through she kept me update on the progress of the loan process and checked to make sure that information was correct (and didn't assume what I wanted or what she thought was best for me) as she always contacted me (call, text or email) to make sure on what we talked about before final submission. If the need ever presented itself that I would have to go through this experience again, I would surely hope it was with Lisa."

He is very informative and answers questions quickly. James never made us feel inadequate with our lack of knowledge and numerous questions. Whenever we called him he was prompt to call us back or he answered right away. Even on weekends he would get back to us. We had questions the weekend before closing and he checked everything out for us and got back to us promptly with the answers. It is too bad we can't buy more property. Thomas was with us every step of the way over the course of several months — from the disappointment of losing the bid on the first house we hoped to buy, all the way through to finally closing on the home we now own. Throughout the entire process, Thomas was exceptional. Whenever there were delays, complications, or moments when things felt stressful, he was incredibly patient, warm, kind, and reassuring. He was always positive, always responsive, and somehow always managed to make us feel that everything was going to work out. What impressed us most was how much he genuinely cared. Thomas went far beyond what we would ever expect from a mortgage professional. He worked weekends, made himself available whenever we needed him, answered countless questions, and truly held our hands through the entire journey. Buying a home can be stressful and emotional, and having Thomas in our corner made an enormous difference. David made everything so simple! He was trustworthy, very clear on what I had to do, and actually helped me with many of the tasks, so that the whole process was incredibly smooth. If you needed him, he was there for you. If you had any doubts, he explained the situation. If you were worried about a specific question, he would patiently detail everything carefully. In the end, the process turned out to be incredibly smooth and easy. I owed my peace of mind and an excellent result to David. I could not have picked a better Home Loan Expert!"

He explained the benefits of reducing high interest loans and credit cards debt by refinancing and paying slightly more would pay the loan off in the same amount of time. Thanks to Lucas im closing tomorrow just 3 weeks later. Debt free is gonna feel great. He’s a straight shooter and stays in contact through the whole process. I definitely recommend Lucas to navigate you in a cash out refinance."

When I received a call with yaser and he told me how things work and helped me refi at a awesome rate! Turned my fha into a conv and saved me 20 grand literally!! I’m serious look no further he puts himself in your shoes during the process and by the way the process is seamless and easy rocket mortgage all the way but definitely talk to yaser! Oh and by the way everything that he said that he told me was 100% correct throughout the loan process my rate got locked in etc. getting your first mortgage refinancing can be one of the most stressful things I know it by firsthand all I had to do was sign a few papers online using E signAnd now I’m not paying too much in interest! My 4 kids thank you yasar!! I owe you a steak dinner!"

"I contacted Rocket Mortgage at the beginning of this pandemic that our world is presently in, thinking it was just going to be an information call regarding a refi. Travis was my rep. I was prepared...I contacted Rocket Mortgage at the beginning of this pandemic that our world is presently in, thinking it was just going to be an information call regarding a refi. Travis was my rep. I was prepared to find out that I would not be able to begin, much less complete, any kind of re-fi due to circumstances of COVID-19. What I got was the complete opposite. I got Travis and he was wonderful! He answered all of my questions in a quick and professional manner. He was SO personable as we shared how life and working conditions/environments had changed...working out our homes. He got back to me immediately with answers. He also placed me in a re-fi that saved me money and cut down my mortgage years. I am grateful for his hard work and commitment to his position."

No question was ever “dumb“ to him; he answered everyone with the same care and attention, and he never once seen frustrated or short with us, even when we had a lot to ask. What stood out most was how available he made himself; it didn’t matter what time of day I texted him, he responded quickly and thoroughly. Any issue or concern we had he resolved it fast, without us having to follow up twice.
