I had difficulty with one particular document to forward and view and he was there to help and assist me with this. In short I still was unable to succeed due to a glitch in my phone but Nick went above and beyond getting this accomplished. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is considering to do a mortgage."

I was cash-strapped, and making initial down ...When I first met James Weaver of Rocket Mortgage in search of a housing loan provider, I was pessimistic about the successful outcome of my pursuit. I was cash-strapped, and making initial down payment is characteristic of the home financing market. I felt that if, by any divine intervention, I stumble upon luck, the rollout would certainly be tortious and frustrating. But I was wrong. James proved himself to be a professional of depth and latitude, an all-weathered pilot ready to sail through any turbulence. His tolerance level was put to test when I rescinded my commitment to settle for a certain property following a devastating inspection report on said property. All that happened on the heels of a celebration, believing we had concluded a journey fraught with many challenges: the endless, and sometimes annoying paperwork, the back-to-back phone calls, etc. Through all of this, James remained engaged, persistent and unrelenting in his desire to help the needy. In a fleeting moment, James Weaver, a professional of enviable contents and charisma, secured a deal that today put a durable roof over the heads of me and my family. We had a peculiar case with fluctuating schedules (night shifts, etc.) and he was with us all the way, balancing communications when we needed them, making sure we were aware of what questions to ask him, as well as other groups that we may be researching. He made sure we were 1) Well Informed, 2) Well Supported, and 3) doing what was best for our family financially. He supported some of our extended family with their home mortgage as well. Their experience was also smooth sailing. We could not have asked for a better first person to work with in researching our first home mortgage. Thank you, John!"

It took almost...I have worked with Odin since 2014 and there has not been a loan he was not able to close. I recently worked with him on a very challenging loan that had a contingency in another state. It took almost a year to close but Odin was a team player the whole time. He went above and beyond communicating to all parties, supporting me and walking our clients through all the intricate details. Our clients had a tough time finding the right agent in their state that could sell their home but once they did, Odin helped everything fall in line with closing so it was right in the timeline we needed. They are happy in their new build beautiful home and felt supported throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about Odin. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and cares for the best interest of his clients. He truly looks out for the best interest of everybody involved. Highly recommend!!!!"

He was able to help me find the best zero closing cash out refinance available to me at the time so that I could cover some bills, reduce my debt, and still have some funds remaining to handle some much needed renovations. He is informative, efficient, and thorough, all traits that I value the most in a loan agent. I first connected with him months ago when he reached out about the possibility of a refinance, and I told him at present I wasn't interested, but that I would save his contact info. Am I ever glad I did! We were able to get from our first conversation April 18 to final closing scheduled by May 12! And that with an FHA loan and all of its additional requirements! He even worked with me when I requested that we shuffle some of the pay off balances to work more in my favor for cash out versus pay down, while still keeping my DTI in range. I would readily recommend Jason Christensen to anyone shopping for a painless and productive experience with refinancing through Rocket Mortgage!"
