Daniel was the ...So, I was frustrated w/ Mr. Cooper. I had called to discuss an issue with them. After a frustrating 15 minutes on the phone, I asked to speak to someone about refinancing my home. Daniel was the representative that I was connected with. I explained to him, my limited time to talk. He said, "ok, let's see what we can do." Literally he was able to get nearly all my information needed for Refi. There were a couple of items I needed to provide, but his whole demeanor were calm, cool, collected. He was exactly what I needed after a frustrating call earlier. He walked me through the whole process. I was amazed at how "EASY" the process was. When he explained to me that I could save nearly $600 on my refi, I was ecstatic. I can't tell you how "HAPPY" I am with the WHOLE process. From Daniel all the way to the closing. Very simple, very efficient and I am Very Happy! THANK YOU!!"

This allowed me the time I needed to focus on the process of buying my home during a crazy time in the market. I was working, originally, with a competitor, and TIm went over the numbers and noticed that Sofi artificially lowered my monthly payments by fudging numbers and underfunding my escrow. I'd have had a nasty bill waiting for me at the end of my first year by the time sofi would have sold my loan and made me some other banks problem. Tim got me a better rate, better monthly payment, and actually included everything that I'd be responsible for paying. A+ all the way."

Christina made sure she included some income that other agents thought was not eligible, but it was after all. Besides the fact that she worked hard to qualify me for the loan, she was available to me whenever I called, even at night and when she wasn't actually on schedule to work. I felt like a friend or relative she was helping instead of a stranger. All the time, she was more than courteous and empathetic, even when I was freaking out about something or feeling worried or hopeless. She got me through all of my negative thinking and now I own my own place and am not depending on a land lord's whishes and whims. And now I can have a pet! :-) Thank you Christina!!! <3"
