I said I’m done I felt like owning a home wasn’t for me at this time. And then I receive a call from Brent, checking in on an application I had started prior. He picked up where they had left off and got me to the finish line. He was so patient and persistent he was really helpful guiding me through this process. He answered all my questions and made it easy and comfortable for me. And I’d highrecommend his services to others."

When I started the process they asked questions, I answered. When I had questions, they answered. When something came up that created a necessary change, they took care of everything. I had phone numbers, emails and they were easy to get in touch with at any time. I only had to provide certain paperwork and check my "checklist" regularly to see if anything else was needed, or to see where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage - and Rocket Mortgage - to anyone looking for financing or refinancing housing."

David always returned my calls or emails when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to facilitate my re-fi. He kept me informed. He was great. He never once paid attention to the time of day or how many times I had to contact him. He always made me feel comfortable calling with any questions or problems that I encountered.
