Rocket Mortgages worker where always on point. They help every step of the way. 4. If something did seem right they was able to help me out. 5. They help all the to my closing. They even got the right person to sign out closing with. So I give the whole company a 5 star rating. Thanks to Rocket Mortgages for a very 5 star company and 5 star Employees"

Someone was always there to remind us of our tasks, answer our questions, and often just to provide support during a turbulent and stressful transition. I've used many other lenders throughout my life, and there is not one other that ever come close to the support and service that Rocket provides. We had a peculiar case with fluctuating schedules (night shifts, etc.) and he was with us all the way, balancing communications when we needed them, making sure we were aware of what questions to ask him, as well as other groups that we may be researching. He made sure we were 1) Well Informed, 2) Well Supported, and 3) doing what was best for our family financially. He supported some of our extended family with their home mortgage as well. Their experience was also smooth sailing. We could not have asked for a better first person to work with in researching our first home mortgage. Thank you, John!"

My husband has a hard time sighing papers as he is legally blind so it was a little hard for him to sign all the papers but Dario was very patient and understanding what my husband's problem was. Kristen responded to my request for assistance with converting my Construction Loan into a permanent loan and did so quickly and expertly. Not the cookie cutter Mortgage transaction but Rocket through the entire journey made it seamless. I have taken out 8 other Mortgages in my lifetime including liaison duty when my wife and I moved our moms near us some years back. None of those journeys compared to this our 9th and intended last. Rocket Mortgage stands out as Best in Class. They were my best rate, their process is extremely well plotted, their staff very well trained: and most importantly, well suited for World Class Service and execution of protocol. If I am seem overly effusive, no apologies. Kristen, Peter, and Kendal were all fantastically attentive. Kendal was particularly special in her push at the finish line when issues with the build delayed closing. I am very grateful to all."
