"What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ...What can I say that hasnt already been said? Sundos was a Godsend when it came to my refinance; there was a hang up on the documents needed because I had a solar system installed/leased about 8 years ago and Rocket's underwriters picked up on the fact there were no words in the Solar Agreement lease addressing the possible event of my default of the lease. Subsequent to my system being installed, Fannie Mae and Freddi Mac made all lease agreements adddress this scenario and that's where the fun began. Sundos's patience and the many calming "I've got this, don't worry" was welcomed. If I was an employer needing to a right hand person who would be involved directly with my clients, I would want Sundos to be that person. Many thanks to her."

Not only that, he is hilarious, assimilates to your personality, can explain things in myriad ways for understanding, and made me felt as if we have been friends for years. He had my back for the entire loan process and proved that he still has it, even after the fact. He never spammed or solicited for a review like some of the other agents at Rocket Mortgage did, but in fact, I requested a link to leave him this review because his customer service and professionalism deserve to be publicly appreciated. As an entrepreneur, I was apprehensive from the beginning of the process. We often times have difficulty securing mortgages due to inconsistent income or too many tax write-offs, or a combination of the two. Lacey was understanding of this from day one and worked diligently to help me secure financing for my dream home. She is very professional, always friendly, and incredibly responsive/proactively communicative. I never had to wonder where we were at during the process or what was expected of me, because Lacey was a step ahead in explaining. My realtor (who admittedly prefers local lenders) agrees, and said that her mind would be completely changed if every online lending process went as smoothly as this one with Lacey did. Would absolutely recommend anyone-- special circumstances or not-- to reach out to Lacey for their home lending needs!"

When I called in to get clarity, Joseph kindly took the time to review the application, identified a mistake in how my income was listed and supported getting me qualified for the correct amount.
