I worked with Tarik Tabb and the process couldn't have been easier. I had a short list of requirements that would work for me, Tarik listened and was able to meet my requests. Request to closing - one week. Tarik managed every aspect flawlessly and the process was even easier than I remember. I was able to pay off a high interest loan, refinance with cash out, and will recoup all associated fees within 1 year. That first loan just kind of stopped moving. Partially my own fault for not following up on it more frequently but I'm just as busy as anyone else. Partially due to nobody telling me what to do and when! I didn't have any question where we were at and what was next with Luke. He kept me informed and when there was an unexpected and quite large rate increase, I believed Luke when he said he was doing everything he could to get that back down to what we originally discussed. And he did."

"Before contacting Fay I had called several different loan companies , all to no avail... All that I ran into were very rude people that wanted me to do all their work for them... Duscouraged and about...Before contacting Fay I had called several different loan companies , all to no avail... All that I ran into were very rude people that wanted me to do all their work for them... Duscouraged and about ready to just stay in my current loan, I contacted Rocket Mortgage... What a difference and pleasant surprise when Fay answered... She made everything so easy, and pushed it all through so quickly, all while staying in touch with me on a regular basis... Infact I still contact her on the direct line she gave me for other questions I may have... I myself work in upper management, and realize what a person on the team like her means to the success of a company.... In closing I would like to thank Fay once again for her kindness, respect, and knowledge of her profession."

"My husband and I have owned and sold at least 10 properties in our life and BY FAR, Robert moved us through the smoothest closing we have ever had. Our builder did NOT want us to use Rocket Mortgage ...My husband and I have owned and sold at least 10 properties in our life and BY FAR, Robert moved us through the smoothest closing we have ever had. Our builder did NOT want us to use Rocket Mortgage based on one experience they had with another closing. We shared this with Robert—we elegantes assurance that he could help us move through this closing without issues, bc we’ve used Rocket Mortgage several times in the past and have always had good experiences. He did exactly that: he walked us through each step of the way, along with two other (also excellent) team members. Robert’s kindness, patience, empathy, knowledge, ability to get us a great interest rate, ever present availability, and responsiveness just were above and beyond what one can expect. He also made himself available for our actual closing (even though he really didn’t have to, as that was the purview of our other Rocket reps (who also were ever available!) and even with the 3-hour time distance b/t him and us. Robert is awesome! We hope he has a long and successful career at Rocket Mortgage: he is more than we could have hoped for! Thank you so so much, Robert! We are so grateful to have worked with you!"

There is so much information out there and most of the time it is people trying to get you to buy in to what is just educational but not actually helping you but spending money to learn. Jason provided a 2nd opinion I needed to keep it simple and save money in a more logical approach. I appreciated his advice and it reassured me that my compass is heading back in the right direction.
