My initial experience with Marius was a refi with cash out, my most recent was just a refi for lower interest/payment and no cash out. In both cases he always exceeds my expectations, communicated all scenarios that would be available to me, and his due diligence provided me the Best of any scenario while keeping the numbers where I needed them to be. He's very professional, knowledgeable and expeditious. His customer skills are unlike many I've had to deal with since moving to SC although he's out of State. The process was seamless. I highly recommend Marius and Rocket Mortgage to those who may be looking to finance a home, refi etc. He is a true asset to Rocket. Thank you Marius for getting me through my refi's."

"Ricardo is a very cool dude. Besides paying off my car loan one of my main goals is to install solar on my home. The main thing was that my home is a manufactured home installed in 1989. With that we ...Ricardo is a very cool dude. Besides paying off my car loan one of my main goals is to install solar on my home. The main thing was that my home is a manufactured home installed in 1989. With that we had some frustrating issues with documentation. But Ricardo eased me through it. Not only taking care of the loan issues we had many great conversations. I would refer anyone to Ricardo not only for an equity loan as mine but a home loan. He takes the time to explain things in a manner anyone can understand. He also makes you feel comfortable with the loan process. My loan has closed, and I now have purchased most of my equipment for my solar. Which will save me around $500.00 per month off my electric bill."

I spoke with Josh Nuyten and he not only listened to everything I had to say he was very prompt and upfront and respectful of my time and clear on what Rocket Mortgage would be able to do for me. Within two days I have already signed all my conditional documents. Had phone calls exactly when I was promised that I would receive a call. Follow up and the promptness is indicative of why Joshua works for one of the top home services. The catch phrase "Engineered to Amaze" is absolutely true!
