They never followed what they said and I was very frustrated. Glad one day he call and from there on he was helpful and patient with me thru the process informed me of what was going on. Got approved and I looked for a home. It took about 5 homes and finally got the right one. This year I closed 3-3-26 with him helping me thru everything. Even when it seem impossible he said I going to help you and you will close. He went above and beyond I could not believe i closed. Some moments was tense but he explained situation. Great person to work with. I will highly recommend him. He is a man of word and will get you into your home. Believe I am living proof. I recommend him to anyone he is patient and very knowledgeable and even after he will help you. I recommend him high snd asked for John Kennedy. Thank you so much John I appreciate all that you did for me."

He picked up where they had left off and got me to the finish line. He was so patient and persistent he was really helpful guiding me through this process. She went above and beyond helping me with all this on line technology. Never used the computer to apply for any type of loan. Menal with the patience of a saint, was able to get me to understand how to submit information, download, upload how to use a electronic signature. It was a challenge for me but with Menal's help we got through it. If I ever apply for a loan again I would want her. All the people involved in our loan process was very helpful."

When I started the process they asked questions, I answered. When I had questions, they answered. When something came up that created a necessary change, they took care of everything. I had phone numbers, emails and they were easy to get in touch with at any time. I only had to provide certain paperwork and check my "checklist" regularly to see if anything else was needed, or to see where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage - and Rocket Mortgage - to anyone looking for financing or refinancing housing."

David always returned my calls or emails when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to facilitate my re-fi. He kept me informed. He was great.
