He picked up where they had left off and got me to the finish line. He was so patient and persistent he was really helpful guiding me through this process. In short I still was unable to succeed due to a glitch in my phone but Nick went above and beyond getting this accomplished. David always returned my calls or emails when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to facilitate my re-fi. He kept me informed. He was great. He explained everything in simple terms for me and when I felt overwhelmed, he eased my mind and I felt that I was in good hands. He never once paid attention to the time of day or how many times I had to contact him. He always made me feel comfortable calling with any questions or problems that I encountered. I knew from day one that he was very understanding of my situation which made me feel glad that I chose Rocket Mortgage for my lending company.
