The best way to go was with a refinance. So she started working the numbers and we came up with the perfect plan. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the process and was the sweetest person to talk to. The whole Rocket team is amazing. I will only use Rocket for all my mortgage needs. They never followed what they said and I was very frustrated. Glad one day he call and from there on he was helpful and patient with me thru the process informed me of what was going on. Got approved and I looked for a home. It took about 5 homes and finally got the right one. This year I closed 3-3-26 with him helping me thru everything. Even when it seem impossible he said I going to help you and you will close. He went above and beyond I could not believe i closed. Some moments was tense but he explained situation. Great person to work with. I will highly recommend him. He is a man of word and will get you into your home. Believe I am living proof. I recommend him to anyone he is patient and very knowledgeable and even after he will help you. I recommend him high snd asked for John Kennedy. Thank you so much John I appreciate all that you did for me."

With that we ...Ricardo is a very cool dude. Besides paying off my car loan one of my main goals is to install solar on my home. The main thing was that my home is a manufactured home installed in 1989. With that we had some frustrating issues with documentation. But Ricardo eased me through it. Not only taking care of the loan issues we had many great conversations. I would refer anyone to Ricardo not only for an equity loan as mine but a home loan. He takes the time to explain things in a manner anyone can understand. He also makes you feel comfortable with the loan process. My loan has closed, and I now have purchased most of my equipment for my solar. Which will save me around $500.00 per month off my electric bill."
