Even after we closed, Gage checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the entire process. From the moment I began working with Ben to my closing, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, made me feel like I was his only client and wanted to do what was best for me and my situation. "Zach Lytle was the perfect man to handle our refinance. We are retired and needed to obtain a specific financial goal through our refinance and take nothing out of pocket to do so. HE listened, ...Zach Lytle was the perfect man to handle our refinance. We are retired and needed to obtain a specific financial goal through our refinance and take nothing out of pocket to do so. HE listened, which the others we have dealt with did not. His answer to everything was in keeping with our goals not his. I hate dealing with people that really only want to sell you and literally tune out everything you say. Anyway, if you deal with any other company versus Rocket Mortgage, you just might be missing out. Rocket Mortgage was great, but Lytle made them "Perfect"."

HOWEVER, my concerns were set at ease when Brenda received my call. Brenda is very knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable throughout this process and was happy to answer my questions. She stayed on top of everything throughout this process. She kept of apprised of what was going on with the process and is an excellent communicator. The entire process went very smooth and I have the utmost confidence to recommend Rocket Mortgage and hope you get Brenda to assist you. She really knows her stuff and is great to work with. We actually had an emergency about a week before closing and Brenda was able to get us the additional funds we need! Excellent!!"
