He guided me through the entire process and was very knowledgeable. Even when there were other people put on my team, Justyn checked in often and made sure everything was on track. "Luke was amazing to work with. I actually tried refinancing my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage a few weeks prior to connecting with Luke. That first loan just kind of stopped moving. That first loan just kind of stopped moving. Partially my own fault for not following up on it more frequently but I'm just as busy as anyone else. Partially due to nobody telling me what to do and when! I didn't have any question where we were at and what was next with Luke. He kept me informed and when there was an unexpected and quite large rate increase, I believed Luke when he said he was doing everything he could to get that back down to what we originally discussed. And he did."

She even called me a few times after the loan process was done. Which made me feel like I wasn’t just a sale to be made. I can’t say enough about the quality of person she is as a banker or person. "Jake is totally "quick" and professional. My husband passed away a year ago, my first mortgage was only a few months from being paid so I had quite a bit of equity in my home. Also, my family pet ...Jake is totally "quick" and professional. My husband passed away a year ago, my first mortgage was only a few months from being paid so I had quite a bit of equity in my home. Also, my family pet Schnauzer Pickles came down with lung cancer requiring an $8700 surgery and follow up chemotherapy. I had run up quite a total on my Line of Credit with the bank and the tune of 19% interest. I had contacted my bank to check on a refi and they were seeming to drag their feet some. Two weeks ago I had gotten an email about reefing with Rocket Mortgage-Rocket Mortgages so I called and happened to reach Jake as their rep. Believe it or not, after four hours we had my loan application all initiated and my interest rate was less than at the bank, AND WITH BETTER TERMS AS FAR AS CASH OUT. Again, Jake was a wonderful representative for Rocket Mortgage, I can't say enough positive comments about him. A few days later I had spoken with my daughter to let her know about my refi and how pleased I was with Rocket Mortgage, "Aren't they great!." she said. "We actually refi-ed with Rocket Mortgage a few months ago and we thought they were great too. I had checked with other lenders and found their satisfaction rating was unbeatable and we really liked them, no hassles at all." Thank you Jake and Rocket Mortgage-Rocket mortgage!"

Throughout the multiple proposals and document changes Andrew stuck with us. My wife and I were amazed when we finally got an offer accepted and Andrew stayed on the phone with us until late on a Saturday night to get the paperwork done so we could make a quick close. You simply don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I would and will recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a house and ask for Andrew!"
