Daniel was the ...So, I was frustrated w/ Mr. Cooper. I had called to discuss an issue with them. After a frustrating 15 minutes on the phone, I asked to speak to someone about refinancing my home. Daniel was the representative that I was connected with. I explained to him, my limited time to talk. He said, "ok, let's see what we can do." Literally he was able to get nearly all my information needed for Refi. There were a couple of items I needed to provide, but his whole demeanor were calm, cool, collected. He was exactly what I needed after a frustrating call earlier. He walked me through the whole process. I was amazed at how "EASY" the process was. When he explained to me that I could save nearly $600 on my refi, I was ecstatic. I can't tell you how "HAPPY" I am with the WHOLE process. From Daniel all the way to the closing. Very simple, very efficient and I am Very Happy! THANK YOU!!"

My initial experience with Marius was a refi with cash out, my most recent was just a refi for lower interest/payment and no cash out. In both cases he always exceeds my expectations, communicated all scenarios that would be available to me, and his due diligence provided me the Best of any scenario while keeping the numbers where I needed them to be. He's very professional, knowledgeable and expeditious. His customer skills are unlike many I've had to deal with since moving to SC although he's out of State. The process was seamless.
