He explained terms in plain language and guided me patiently through questions. Jeff and I initially started working with each other in May and got fairly far along in the process when I lost my primary job. He was understanding and kind about my need to cancel my application. I returned to him/Rocket Mortgage once I received my new job offer a few months later. Best decision. It was amazingly smooth and SO FAST. He gave an approximate timeline based on my ability to provide the necessary paperwork and closing happened just as he predicted. Very grateful to Jeff and the Rocket Mortage team who worked with me on my refinance. It feels like a wonderful fresh start as we close out this year and enter 2025."

She did not try to trap me with an aggressively high deposit too early in the process and was willing to lower the deposit amount since a competitor tried to hold me hostage with another deposit. I sensed her eagerness and a touch of "toughness" due, I suspect, to the fact that she must deal with so many people, and with people of all sorts. We prospects can slip away when they think it's a done deal. I'm sure it's a wearisome role. She handles it with grace and poise. Good luck and God bless, Alyssa."

I’ll start off by saying I had previously been working with a few lenders- really thought buying a home was going to be IMPOSSIBLE. Our previous lender gave us a loan estimate with a crappy rate and ate up all our seller credits in fees and such. We thought we were stuck with them but I applied through Rocket and after speaking with LeAndre I decided to go with them. My realtor was very skeptical and was very concerned this wouldn’t go through. Sitting at the closing table her and the closing agent both said they had never seen a lender work so well with a buyer! I was waiting and waiting for phone calls about letters of explanations, or conditions that needed to be met- never got them! Everything was uploaded to the app when the need arised and I felt I didn’t have any hoops to jump through and that was the biggest reason I will recommend and use Rocket Mortgage in the future."

He was knowledgeable, professional, and caring regarding my questions and did not hesitate to assist me in making it painless to provide all the information I needed. Mr. Bay Daman has a great telephone voice and mannerism that made me trust him. His assistance was so helpful and made the process easy. I tried to get my daughter and sister to call him but my daughter had already gone through a different Rocket Mortgage person and my sister is still working on her refinancing and very disappointed in their brick and mortar bank which they have banked with for over 40 years. I can not say enough positive things about the excellent service Mr. Daman provided. Rocket Mortgage has an excellent representative in Mr. Daman I will continue to tout their remarkable service because of Mr Daman."

He always followed up and stay in contact at all times, weather if it was a call, email or text, very quick to response. He walked me through the process and very thoroughly. He transmit good energy and is very professional. The process of refi was very easy and quick. The Rocket site is very easy to use, uploading documents was very easy. I was able to do e-closing from my kitchen table drinking my cup of coffee and slippers on, never left the house. Rocket Mortgage made it very convenient and hassle free. To make things even better I closed at 10:30 am and by 1pm I already had money in my account, that's what I call Rocket. I am very happy and please with Rocket and without Jamie this would not had happened. Jamie reached out to me initially for the refi offer and in a months time it was done. Thank you Jamie and Rocket for great service."
