He has been able to help clients when other lenders could not. Bill has never paired one of my clients with a loan product that did not fit them or their needs; he truly cares about the people, not just closing the transaction. Bill works very hard to advocate for the client. He's always prompt with communication, and works diligently with all parties. He closes on time and will do whatever it takes to meet closing date and we've even closed ahead of schedule in many cases! Bill is the best loan officer I work with!"

I ...Darien was a true professional. He was there the entire refi process for any questions I had or information I needed. It was almost 'instantaneous' in his quick response's to calls or texts. I scheduled my closing online with the Title Company. Within a minute, Darien contacted me to see if wanted to close a couple days earlier and then he set it up for me while I was on the phone. This actually saved my around $3000. I was impressed that he took the initiative to make sure I got the best experience possible. I have used Rocket Mortgage in the past and have aleways had a great experience. However this time, it was a totally awesome experience due to Darien!"

She took so much time to speak with me about each and every step of the way towards being a first time home owner. Michele was so kind to go into detail in each of these steps, making sure I was understanding what she was telling me and that I had a grasp on everything she was explaining to me. She even went into the minutiae of so many options that I did not even know were available to me. She was far from overbearing and pushy. She was the complete opposite - kind, patient, willing to talk with me at a very rudimentary level (which is needed for me) to make sure I understood where I stood in this complicated process. I was so fortunate to be put in touch with Michele, as I have been blown off by every realtor and person in this profession - and other professions for that matter.
