We were in contact with 3 other lenders and had narrowed our choice down to 1 local lender and Rocket Mortgage because of Eric. While the local lender was pushy, shady and just plain misleading, Eric gave us straightforward answers while never being pushy. As a matter of fact, when we first pulled out credit, we decided to back off for a few weeks before going back and Eric never pushed us. Even during the process with our closing specialist, I had doubts and questions where I felt more comfortable asking Eric about. And Eric replied and answered each time. Needless to say, we are glad we went with Rocket Mortgage and thankful Eric was there to help out the whole time."

I reached out to her with a bit of a complex situation involving selling an outside of state rental home as well as my mom’s out of state primary home in order to fund a home close to me and my wife in Colorado. There were so many moving parts and unique considerations that the traditional mortgage vetting process online couldn’t capture and certainly wouldn’t have been able to answer all of my questions and give me top notch guidance. I found Jillian through a google search and I really wanted someone I could talk through the different scenarios with. She has been so responsive and incredibly helpful. I’ve bought several homes over the years but this was the most complex and creative to date and it was only made possible thanks to Jillian’s guidance and support. She was literally available 24/7 - nights and weekends too by phone, text, email. That type of service simply is unheard of these days but that’s another thing that makes Jillian stand out! Beyond all of this, she made us feel so special by following up post close and even offered a plan to help us position ourselves to be in a good spot to refinance when the market is more favorable. I can’t imagine having done this deal or another other home deal without her. 10/10 absolutely recommend!"

I don't like the hidden costs that are tacked on. This should be explained to us. That would be the best way to treat customers. Be 100% transparent with all costs and justify them. No reflection on Ameen. He was great to work with."

Everyone said their offer was better than the one I received from Rocket Mortgage. Kenny explained every step of the process to me which allowed me to ask questions of the other lenders. Any questions I had Kenny was patient and got right back to me with an answer. Even though I received a lot of offers many of them came back and said " you got a very good deal from Rocket Mortgage" I want to Thank Kenny for his patience and Promptness with answering my questions. He never got frustrated and always kept me informed on a daily basis."

Their ...I definitely see why Rocket Mortgage wins awards hands down every year for their service. This has been the quickest and most enjoyable loan application/refi experience that I have ever had. Their digital portal allows you to upload all your docs quickly and it shows you progress on the process. Then their is Kyle (from Detroit) who made the process easy to understand and was great with his follow up. My own bank (Chase) could not even come close to the rate I received or the service level (and I have my current home mortgage with them). Why go with anybody other than Rocket Mortgage.....the process is as fast as a “rocket”"
