Everyone said their offer was better than the one I received from Rocket Mortgage. Kenny explained every step of the process to me which allowed me to ask questions of the other lenders. Any questions I had Kenny was patient and got right back to me with an answer. Even though I received a lot of offers many of them came back and said " you got a very good deal from Rocket Mortgage" I want to Thank Kenny for his patience and Promptness with answering my questions. He never got frustrated and always kept me informed on a daily basis."

Jeff and I initially started working with each other in May and got fairly far along in the process when I lost my primary job. He was understanding and kind about my need to cancel my application. I returned to him/Rocket Mortgage once I received my new job offer a few months later. Best decision. It was amazingly smooth and SO FAST. He gave an approximate timeline based on my ability to provide the necessary paperwork and closing happened just as he predicted. Very grateful to Jeff and the Rocket Mortage team who worked with me on my refinance. It feels like a wonderful fresh start as we close out this year and enter 2025."

He not only kept me in the loop every step of the way, but also proactively reached out to the listing agent—a rare and impressive touch! The listing broker even told me that one of the deciding factors in choosing our offer (over four others!) was James’s outstanding communication and confidence in the loan process. He and his team closed the loan in under 17 days—which is practically superhero speed in today’s market. "Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage ...Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage rate". Next thing you know I get hooked up with Vernon. After a few exchanges I just said "Look this started as a flip retort on my part I'm not ready" . He professionally understood, I apologized for wasting his time. BUT then, I was ambushed by several other bankers for Rocket and it was really ticking me off. I finally complained and asked to speak with Vernon. I was going to let him have an earful, but you know what? He was cool and calm, polite and understanding. As the conversation progressed and I was defused, we came to some common ground of what he and Rocket COULD do for me. Well, I closed on a refi the other day, smooth as silk. I do highly recommend Vernon and Rocket Mortgage to anyone just "thinking" about it."
