Not to mention this was occurring with the start of the Covid pandemic in the background. We were ready to back out because of the initial anticipated cost but following my conversation with you we did not. What you said made sense-be patient and wait for the final closing statement. Your reassurance and support was critical in our decision to continue the process. I’m not sure what part you played directly but our loan cost ended up being about $2000.00 and we owed only approximately $30.00 at closing! It goes without saying that we were very pleased. You are excellent at what you do and the rest of the process was seamless. I would certainly highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to others and especially you. Thank you Paula a job well done."

I did not think I was in a position to move into town, the houses in town were 70% more expensive and my wife and I have been driving ...Steven Fox spent over an hour on the phone with me several times. I did not think I was in a position to move into town, the houses in town were 70% more expensive and my wife and I have been driving into town every day for work and kids sports. The cost of driving in was more than the cost differences in homes in and out of the city. Were were in a catch 22. An opportunity came up to buy a friend’s house on short notice without a realtor and save my friend and I a lot of money. Steven walked us through every step and made it happen for us. This took a lot of time and was way beyond what I would expect. Great job Steven. "
