Now she might have had an edge on the competition because we have been BIG ROCKET FANS ever since we Refinanced our home 10 years ago and dropped our rate from 7.5% to 3.25%. But it is more than the rate drop. Somehow everything that Rocket does seems to go smoothly and without confusion. It is our opinion that Jenna was the Prime Mover (no pun intended) in this latest transaction. Then Quicken came along, now Rocket, with reprensentatives like Katelin. Professional, knowledgeable, capable, and willing to keep the applicent informed and on the path to owning a home! I cannot remember how many of my buyers that I referred to agents at Quicken and Rocket. Knowing that they would be well taken care with representatives like Katelin!! OUTSTANDING!"

She took so much time to speak with me about each and every step of the way towards being a first time home owner. Michele was so kind to go into detail in each of these steps, making sure I was understanding what she was telling me and that I had a grasp on everything she was explaining to me. She even went into the minutiae of so many options that I did not even know were available to me. She was far from overbearing and pushy. She was the complete opposite - kind, patient, willing to talk with me at a very rudimentary level (which is needed for me) to make sure I understood where I stood in this complicated process. I was so fortunate to be put in touch with Michele, as I have been blown off by every realtor and person in this profession - and other professions for that matter. She is a true gem and someone that is rare in this world nowadays. From the moment I began working with Ben to my closing, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, made me feel like I was his only client and wanted to do what was best for me and my situation. HE listened, ...Zach Lytle was the perfect man to handle our refinance. We are retired and needed to obtain a specific financial goal through our refinance and take nothing out of pocket to do so. HE listened, which the others we have dealt with did not. His answer to everything was in keeping with our goals not his. I hate dealing with people that really only want to sell you and literally tune out everything you say. Anyway, if you deal with any other company versus Rocket Mortgage, you just might be missing out. Rocket Mortgage was great, but Lytle made them "Perfect"."
