As a first time home buyer, she took the time to explain things when I was confused on numbers or unsure of where to turn next. As a veteran, I can truly appreciate both her attention to detail and her dedication to every task. Nikki doesn't let things go, she follows through and she follows up always! She catches things others would miss, right down to a pause in a conversation that signals I'm a little lost! Never not once did I feel like I was holding her up, she never rushed or pressured me in anything. At the same time, there was never a moments hesitation in either answering a question or stating she would find out about an answer and let me know. She genuinely cares about her customers, she listens! She goes above and beyond to see that everything is handled correctly. The best part is that she does all of that with joy and energy and a 'let's get it done' attitude that could motivate anyone! This whole first time buying a home thing was a bit daunting at times, Nikki eased that by being confident in the process! She assured me that rocket would have my back, and she did your company proud by standing by that statement at every turn. She works as hard as any soldier and she takes pride in what she does! I could go on and on. Nikki is top notch at her job. She is efficient, she is patient, she is smart, she is thorough, she so dedicated and she is 100% an asset to Rocket Mortgage. Then at the point when we were beginning the mortgage process in earnest we were assigned to Katlyn Hughes who became our go to Rocket Mortgage representative. Any mortgage process has many parts and can be lengthy. In addition to the expected elements that are dealt with, unexpected things arise that have to be addressed sometimes in a fairly short time frame in order to stay on track for the target closing date. Our refi was no exception. Katlyn was magnificent in assuaging our concerns and assisting us in completing all of the requirements in a very timely manner to allow us to achieve the target closing date. Katlyn was always quickly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and dealt with us in a pleasant, responsive and professional manner. We feel very fortunate to have had Katlyn as our ROCKET rep. Of course all of the ROCKET representatives we dealt with were also quite impressive."

I explain to her about all the tragedies I had over the past 5 years starting with a small tornado hitting my farm. I was cutting trees up when a branch broke and I fell and dislocated my shoulder and right elbow and broke my right wrist. While I was in the hospital they did a prescheduled physical. It turn out my prostrate cancer came back. My oldest son, who was a pharmacist in Fargo move here to help me. I gave him a rental house for coming here. He got a job at Carle hospital as a pharmacist. He started to help me at the farm but after 8 weeks he felt terrible. I rushed him to Carle and they ran test on him and it was determine he had a rare cancer of the appendix. I moved in with him and took him to Barnes and Northwestern to see if they could do anything. Northwestern did the surgery and after 6 hours closed him up. The head surgent said the cancer spread to every organ in his body and had 6 months to live. He past on May 19th 2024 at Carle hospital in my arms. I spent most of my savings taking care of him and finishing remodeling his house. I closed his estate in April of 2025. My oldest grandson said he would help me at the farm. I bought him a used pickup so he could drive down when he could. Alex was a son of another son of mine living here in Champaign. He was taking college courses at Parkland college at the time. In May of this year he took his own life. No one knows. Was well liked, no drugs. His services was on same day as my sons from previous year, May 19th. I helped with his funeral expenses. I was flat broke so I had to get this loan. Candice did everything a life long friend would do. She took the stress out of my life and checked on me on a daily basis. She's the greatest thing that has happen to me. I think God send me an angel!"

I first reached out with general questions out on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting any response - bet there he was chatting with me, from the east coast - I am on the west coast. We communicated a little through the internet but ultimately he suggested a phone call so we could get to my concerns more efficiently. Ultimately i was completing my application process with him over the phone. From that first meeting everything went forward as he explained, very timely, easily an overall smooth process. Johnny and Rocket exceeded my expectations and my Loan approval has been completed. It was positive experience. Thank You Johnny !"
