He has helped me "get my affairs in order." The patience he had with a "technology challenged" grandmother taking care of a two year daily was overwhelming! He guided me, waited on the phone with my bank, cheered me on, and helped me with a closing in such short order that I truly am amazed. My "out of control" is now manageable. She is knowledgeable, prompt and kind to boot. She knew the answers to all of my questions and when she didn’t she knew where to find them for us in a timely manner. We had somewhat of a complex refinance and Amy handled it amazingly! We are so happy with our rate and experience with Amy and Rocket Mortgage! Highly recommend and now we have someone to refer to for all of our refinancing needs."
