From the moment I began working with Ben to my closing, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, made me feel like I was his only client and wanted to do what was best for me and my situation. I can’t say enough positive things about Ben’s customer service, and Rocket Mortgage as a whole. Ben - looking forward to working with you again! Thank you!!"

Every time I spoke with him, he was always upbeat and trying to figure out a way to make things work, even if it looked like they might not. We had some hiccups during my loan process and he took everything in stride and just told me don’t worry, we’ll figure it out. When I first started the process of this loan, he told me that I was a main priority for him because he always puts his customers first and I completely believe that statement because not only did he give me his personal cell number to call if I had questions or concerns, but he responded to every one of my calls or texts in record time. He didn’t leave me hanging wondering if he got my message. He would respond back if he couldn’t talk right away and tell me I got your message and I will call you back as soon as I am done with my meeting or my call or whatever he was doing at the time. I have been in the customer service business for many, many years and I have to say that the way that Matt handled everything for us was top-notch and five star worthy!! I will definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to friends and family after the excellent service we got with them. Thank you Matt, for making what could’ve been a difficult and stressful process, so much easier.."

He was very ...I started my search for a new home in October. Rocket mortgage was very highly recommended by several coworkers. I contacted Rocket and within minutes had a respond from Gustavo. He was very professional, and answered every one of my questions. He made me feel very at ease. Gustavo walked me through every step in my home buying experience. Being in sales myself his follow up with me was unbelievable, always checking in with me to see if I needed any assistance with anything. Not only was he my contact through Rocket he became a friend. I would highly recommend Gustavo to anyone thinking about the purchase of a new home. Thank you so much for all you have done to make the experience so easy and flaw"

"Zach Lytle was the perfect man to handle our refinance. We are retired and needed to obtain a specific financial goal through our refinance and take nothing out of pocket to do so. HE listened, ...Zach Lytle was the perfect man to handle our refinance. We are retired and needed to obtain a specific financial goal through our refinance and take nothing out of pocket to do so. HE listened, which the others we have dealt with did not. His answer to everything was in keeping with our goals not his. I hate dealing with people that really only want to sell you and literally tune out everything you say. Anyway, if you deal with any other company versus Rocket Mortgage, you just might be missing out. Rocket Mortgage was great, but Lytle made them "Perfect"."

If you are ...So I'll say this...when you start the process of getting a loan it's very confusing. For me, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting a bad deal. Brooklyn made the experience great. If you are like me and are overwhelmed with all the fees and details - you need someone who will break it down for you and take the time to do so in a way that is simple to digest. Brooklyn did exactly that. And she went as far as to look up all the exact numbers for my new house taxes and insurance etc. Other just asked me for that detail and used it as round numbers. Did this matter? Maybe not for some..but for me it did. You are in good hands with Brooklyn. You know in your gut that she is there to help. With all the stress of buying a home - we all could use someone like that. thx!"

"Jana Sands was a joy to work with during our refinance. She contacted us to inform us that the Interest Rates were in a position to benefit our objectives of lowering our monthly payments and saving ...Jana Sands was a joy to work with during our refinance. She contacted us to inform us that the Interest Rates were in a position to benefit our objectives of lowering our monthly payments and saving us a significant amount in the long-term. We were not pleased with the time it took to finalize our loan. We held a mortgage with you that we were refinancing, and the estimated time to close our loan was 30-45 days... then we given a date of August 31st to close the loan. We closed the loan on September 15th because we woud be asked for 1 more piece of information at least 3 times. There was no reason why the processing dept. could not ask for the information once, we certainly provided it. This was not Jana's fault, this was out of her control, and Jana did her very best to assist us. But 90 days to close a refinance of one of your own loans seemed too long."
