Every time I spoke with him, he was always upbeat and trying to figure out a way to make things work, even if it looked like they might not. We had some hiccups during my loan process and he took everything in stride and just told me don’t worry, we’ll figure it out. When I first started the process of this loan, he told me that I was a main priority for him because he always puts his customers first and I completely believe that statement because not only did he give me his personal cell number to call if I had questions or concerns, but he responded to every one of my calls or texts in record time. He didn’t leave me hanging wondering if he got my message. He would respond back if he couldn’t talk right away and tell me I got your message and I will call you back as soon as I am done with my meeting or my call or whatever he was doing at the time. I have been in the customer service business for many, many years and I have to say that the way that Matt handled everything for us was top-notch and five star worthy!! I will definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to friends and family after the excellent service we got with them. Thank you Matt, for making what could’ve been a difficult and stressful process, so much easier.."

If you are like me and are overwhelmed with all the fees and details - you need someone who will break it down for you and take the time to do so in a way that is simple to digest. Brooklyn did exactly that. And she went as far as to look up all the exact numbers for my new house taxes and insurance etc. Other just asked me for that detail and used it as round numbers. Did this matter? Maybe not for some..but for me it did. You are in good hands with Brooklyn. You know in your gut that she is there to help. With all the stress of buying a home - we all could use someone like that. thx!"

It always ended up that I didn't seem to have enough money to buy the house I've been paying the bills on since I bought it in 2010. I was very leary to even try again after being turned down over and over. Jamal was extremely positive and there is no way I would have even made it through this time without his support. When I signed the re-finance papers I had big tears. I still can't believe this is real. Thank you Rocket Mortgage. If you haven't figured it out yet, Jamal is a champion. Thank you, Jamal."
