In such a delicate process, communication makes all the difference. There wasn’t a time that we all didn’t know exactly what was going on and what step of the process was coming next. Odin made sure that not only everyone on his team but all clients and agents were kept completely in the loop. We had a very tall ask of a unicorn property, and when we found it, Odin made sure there was no obstacle on the lending side and we truly did not have a single worry once we got past the “you’re approved through underwriting” that he gave very early on in the process. Sometimes, you think of large corporations and the worry comes up that you’ll get left behind with so many moving pieces and different people with different roles to answer to… not this time. We knew exactly who to call and that personality made it feel like we were a priority, not a number. We can’t recommend Odin enough!"

She did not try to trap me with an aggressively high deposit too early in the process and was willing to lower the deposit amount since a competitor tried to hold me hostage with another deposit. I sensed her eagerness and a touch of "toughness" due, I suspect, to the fact that she must deal with so many people, and with people of all sorts. We prospects can slip away when they think it's a done deal. I'm sure it's a wearisome role. She handles it with grace and poise. Good luck and God bless, Alyssa."

"Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage ...Whew! It all started with a clarification on my current mortgage. The person I spoke with asked, "Anything else I can help you with today?" Being sarcastic I replied, "Yeah, get me a better mortgage rate". Next thing you know I get hooked up with Vernon. After a few exchanges I just said "Look this started as a flip retort on my part I'm not ready" . He professionally understood, I apologized for wasting his time. BUT then, I was ambushed by several other bankers for Rocket and it was really ticking me off. I finally complained and asked to speak with Vernon. I was going to let him have an earful, but you know what? He was cool and calm, polite and understanding. As the conversation progressed and I was defused, we came to some common ground of what he and Rocket COULD do for me. Well, I closed on a refi the other day, smooth as silk. I do highly recommend Vernon and Rocket Mortgage to anyone just "thinking" about it."

She was always a step ahead of every concern and question I had along the way of selecting and securing my mortgage. The process to obtain my mortgage with Voula, was amazing start to finish. This allowed me the time I needed to focus on the process of buying my home during a crazy time in the market. No but he’s the man, made my experience amazing for my first home purchase and idk what others are like, but take my word for it, Jay goes above and beyond, and I’m not kidding about the 2am thing.
