Brian was responsive to our questions and concerns throughout our interactions, providing clear and helpful insights. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with a refinance at this time, this decision was purely based on our financial situation and had nothing to do with Brian’s outstanding service. We greatly appreciate his guidance and professionalism, and when the time is right, we will reach out to Brian directly. Highly recommend!"

We went thru three properties, asking for pre-approved letters on all three, before we finally got an acceptance on the 4th property. Jozi had no problem adjusting each letter to fit the offer, and doing it promptly and cheerfully. We would highly reccomend her to anyone looking for a loan! "

Moe kept me grounded when we had the issue with my husbands employment verification that was the last issue holding up our closing. Being a government employee made the process difficult. Moe was always available to answer all my questions and help me through the process. Moe made this experience so pleasant. I would not want to work with any other banker than him. We will always be so grateful for all his hard work and making the process so easy and positive . His goal was to put us in a better position than he found us and he did. I believe we actually developed a great friendship. I cannot thank him enough for all his hard work and getting us closed within a short period of time."

"Really appreciated Joseph staying on the phone late with me on a Friday night to get our refinance in the works and getting us a great rate. He didn't know when I called that I was trying to ...Really appreciated Joseph staying on the phone late with me on a Friday night to get our refinance in the works and getting us a great rate. He didn't know when I called that I was trying to refinance because the lender our mortgage had been sold to had horrible customer service. They wouldn't answer the phone, didn't have us in their online system so we could pay our mortgage, hadn't sent us a bill, and the best they could do was have their automatic system give us a call in five days. So yes, Joseph answering the phone, talking through all of my questions, calling back when our call got disconnected and setting us up with lower rate and payment all the while working late into a Friday night was a huge breath of fresh air. I'm going to give my mortgage payment to someone, so I absolutely prefer to give it to a company who hires someone like Joseph. So happy we switched to Rocket Mortgage and so glad Joseph picked up the phone! Great customer service!!!!"
