My initial experience with Marius was a refi with cash out, my most recent was just a refi for lower interest/payment and no cash out. In both cases he always exceeds my expectations, communicated all scenarios that would be available to me, and his due diligence provided me the Best of any scenario while keeping the numbers where I needed them to be. He's very professional, knowledgeable and expeditious. His customer skills are unlike many I've had to deal with since moving to SC although he's out of State. The process was seamless. I highly recommend Marius and Rocket Mortgage to those who may be looking to finance a home, refi etc. He is a true asset to Rocket. Thank you Marius for getting me through my refi's."

She would connect with us weekly to see how our search was going and just provide us encouragement to keep going even in the tough market we reside in. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I love that she can break down all of the complications that come with home buying to an every day person so easily. Not only did she care about our home buying process she would connect with us on a personal level as well which made the interaction that much better. Instead of spending money on Super Bowl Ads maybe spend some ...Hugh was great! The Underwriters on the other hand were pathetic. You guys seem to just hire anyone off the street with no experience. Instead of spending money on Super Bowl Ads maybe spend some money on people whom know what they’re doing. I was supposed to close on 02/26 but didn’t close until 3/3. As someone who has a job that I’m held to a higher standard, I planned ahead and made sure I had days off to be able to move in and do things that needed to be done. But since we closed late I was left scrambling to figure everything out. I’ll never recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone and I deal with hundreds of people on a daily basis and I’ll make sure they stay clear of this company. If I didn’t ruffle some feathers at the end of this process nothing would’ve been done to close even somewhat on time.Now send me a survey about Kim Keezer because she’s getting the stars which she deserves which is 0. She loved to come up with excuses for the underwriters and was very belittling. But Hugh I hope you find a better company that values you, and your expertise. You deserve a better workplace that is better equipped. Thanks for everything."

He didn't know when I called that I was trying to ...Really appreciated Joseph staying on the phone late with me on a Friday night to get our refinance in the works and getting us a great rate. He didn't know when I called that I was trying to refinance because the lender our mortgage had been sold to had horrible customer service. They wouldn't answer the phone, didn't have us in their online system so we could pay our mortgage, hadn't sent us a bill, and the best they could do was have their automatic system give us a call in five days. So yes, Joseph answering the phone, talking through all of my questions, calling back when our call got disconnected and setting us up with lower rate and payment all the while working late into a Friday night was a huge breath of fresh air. I'm going to give my mortgage payment to someone, so I absolutely prefer to give it to a company who hires someone like Joseph. So happy we switched to Rocket Mortgage and so glad Joseph picked up the phone! Great customer service!!!!"
