My home buying experience was not easy as we had an unexpected heir to the property I was buying that needed to be found, but Patrick helped keep me updated and reassured every step of the way. Anyone buying a home would be lucky to use Rocket Mortgage and have Patrick as there rep."

I ...Darien was a true professional. He was there the entire refi process for any questions I had or information I needed. It was almost 'instantaneous' in his quick response's to calls or texts. I scheduled my closing online with the Title Company. Within a minute, Darien contacted me to see if wanted to close a couple days earlier and then he set it up for me while I was on the phone. This actually saved my around $3000. I was impressed that he took the initiative to make sure I got the best experience possible. I have used Rocket Mortgage in the past and have aleways had a great experience. However this time, it was a totally awesome experience due to Darien!"

Then Quicken came along, now Rocket, with reprensentatives like Katelin. Professional, knowledgeable, capable, and willing to keep the applicent informed and on the path to owning a home! I cannot remember how many of my buyers that I referred to agents at Quicken and Rocket. Knowing that they would be well taken care with representatives like Katelin!! OUTSTANDING!"

From the moment I began working with Ben to my closing, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and most importantly, made me feel like I was his only client and wanted to do what was best for me and my situation. Every time I spoke with him, he was always upbeat and trying to figure out a way to make things work, even if it looked like they might not. We had some hiccups during my loan process and he took everything in stride and just told me don’t worry, we’ll figure it out. When I first started the process of this loan, he told me that I was a main priority for him because he always puts his customers first and I completely believe that statement because not only did he give me his personal cell number to call if I had questions or concerns, but he responded to every one of my calls or texts in record time. He didn’t leave me hanging wondering if he got my message. He would respond back if he couldn’t talk right away and tell me I got your message and I will call you back as soon as I am done with my meeting or my call or whatever he was doing at the time. I have been in the customer service business for many, many years and I have to say that the way that Matt handled everything for us was top-notch and five star worthy!! I will definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to friends and family after the excellent service we got with them. HE listened, which the others we have dealt with did not. His answer to everything was in keeping with our goals not his. I hate dealing with people that really only want to sell you and literally tune out everything you say. Anyway, if you deal with any other company versus Rocket Mortgage, you just might be missing out. Rocket Mortgage was great, but Lytle made them "Perfect"."
