I was very apprehensive and he took time out to explain and walk me through the process. He was always available to answer any questions without hesitation and more importantly always polite. He never seem aggregated by my phone calls, text or emails. I would recommend him to anyone. I didn't realize that there were still humans such as Javier that are still in existence."

Amir is very smart, patient and professional, he understands what a client's need. He was very helpful, responsive and efficient. It only took less than 4 weeks to schedule the closing. He monitored on the rate and helped me to lock the best interest rate. I am very satisfied with the loan experience, in terms of the service, interest rate and timeline. Indeed, Rocket Mortgage can be proud to have a loan officer like Amir who go extra miles in fulfilling tasks and responsibilities. I will definitely go for Amir if I purchase another house. Before we connected with Rocket Mortgage to discuss refinancing we called the company we currently have our mortgage with and they put us on hold for 30 minutes and gave us the run around. Within a minute of connecting with Rocket Mortgage Bob called us and walked us through the process like we were the only people in the world- we felt important and cared about. It was a refreshing thing! Bob was highly knowledgeable and professional, but he was also very personable and friendly. I just can't say enough good stuff about him and how enjoyable he made this journey!"

Little did we know ...There is not a single negative thing to say about Mike. Purchasing my home began back in March of 2018. I found the home that I liked and got early occupancy in late June, 2018. Little did we know that the next 7 months would bring a lot of complexity and tears shed and severe frustration. At no time whatsoever did Mike lose his cool or professional aspect. He did all that he could in his power to get me my home. We have a closing date ready to come very soon. This would not be possible whatsoever without his help! His rating is certainly 12 stars out of 10; 5 starts does not even do justice."

The process was complicated by my two months hospitalization abd skilled nursing care rehabilitation. He stayed on top of the situation, ensuring our locked rate didn't expire abd was flexible with our closing date. I would reach out to him in the future and would highly recommend him to friends and relatives. Friendly, professional, with keen attention to detail."

She refinanced my existing mortgage, paid off my car, had a cash out payment and I am saving almost $800 a month. I am so happy. The process was all electronic, so it was seamless and convenient.
