I had a challenging situation for two big reasons. #1 I had recently gone through a devistating divorce which left my one time credit score of 785 below 700. Patrick worked hard and offered several solutions to not only get approved, but to also avoid paying any PMI. #2 I was buying my new property 'Contingent' on the sale of my existing property. As you can imagine, there were many challenges and deadlines that were very stressful. All of which had to be dealt with promptly and professionally to keep my Contingent Purchase from falling apart. Patrick was more than up to the challenge while keeping me abreast of everything. I was made aware of everything in real time. It so awesome! I have rarely in my life been treated so well. Patrick truly did go above and beyond as he worked my loan, and even got involved with the Closing of my existing property so as to expedite the Closing of my new Dream-come-True property. It was a real pleasure to watch it all come together, as Patrick did not falter on a single item during the complicated process. I not only appreciate Patrick's help in my loan process, i appreciate his excellent people skills. It is no small wonder we've become good friends.Also, he'll be forever welcome at my new place which he played a big role in making happen. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone seeking a loan, or even just advice. He's not just a great Professional, he's a fine young Man that you too will be blessed to have any dealings with. I cant over state what Patrick meant to my property dealings. I dealt with a number of Realtors, Loan Officers, and Office Staff. All of them faltered one or more times. Patrick never did... not once. Even with phone calls that he didn't have to make, to make sure I was good and/or needed anything. I will always be grateful to Patrick. I learned how the process work ...Michael made it easy for us to choose Rocket Mortgage. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and never sounded annoyed by my Questions like other mortgage companies. I learned how the process work to refinance along the way. He texted and emailed quickly in response to my questions. He picked up the phone when email or text wasn’t going to be an easy method to understand the answers. Other companies just continued to email me back and forth even after multiple clarification requests were made. I was easily able to call him too. Overall, I would highly recommend him to help anyone with their mortgages. The other added plus for us was the continuing monitoring of the interest rates and the future refinancing being included when they go down in the future. No pre-penalty for paying off early, good website where I have been able to see all my docs and electronic signing. Customer service has been the best. If you plan to refinance, Michael at Rocket Mortgage is the way to go. Thank you Michael!"

He provided complete details about what we had to do to complete the process and answered all of our questions. His frequent contacts about how our home search was going were greatly appreciated. I always felt confident in his desire to help us acquire a home loan and thoroughly respected his guidance. In February, he and I again spoke about the purchase of another home. Although, we did not purchase either home, I knew that if another opportunity presented itself to purchase a home, he would again be the one to contact due to his professionalism, knowledge and desire to help us. Jeremiah would also be who I would refer others to, knowing that he would offer them the same excellent service and expertise as he offered us."

Since the first time I spoke with him he had this cool demeanor about him. There were times when I thought he was full of “ beans” and I was ready to let him have it with both barrels and he would always say “ when you submit blah blah blah document we should be good”. Every time he said that (around a million to be exact) I would chill out. It was a like a Jedi mind trick. There were more than one occasion when I thought about dropping this cat and going to another company.Then I would call him and he would reassure me he had everything under control and I would tell my wife I would give him more time. It was funny because not one time did he give me the impression that this deal would not go through, and I believed him. And that was funny because I usually don’t trust what people say, but Jordan was a man of his word. I couldn’t understand how he could stay so calm when I was getting flustered with all the bullshiggity I was going through. Again, that dude stayed cool as 3 Fonzies and he got it done and as the result, today I have my retirement home. Jordan is THE MAN! I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who’s in the market of buying a home or refinancing."

I asked her call me back so she could talk to both my wife and I, and when the call came it was a SLAM DUNK for me and wife. Mind you during all these COVID times, Christine hustled to get the ball rolling and did everything on her end to get the job done. She was very patient with me understanding that I had to let things soak in a little. She let the rest of her team do their job and checked in on things as to keep things flowing.. great job!!!!"
