"THE INTER-ACTION WITH PATRICK WAS EASY AND COMFORTABLE. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN EVER I CONTACTED HIM AND CONNECTED ME WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO GET ANSEWERS HE WAS UNABLE TO GIVE. THE WHOLE PROCESS...THE INTER-ACTION WITH PATRICK WAS EASY AND COMFORTABLE. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN EVER I CONTACTED HIM AND CONNECTED ME WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO GET ANSEWERS HE WAS UNABLE TO GIVE. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN FIRST STATED, HOWEVER THAT WAS DUE TO EXTRA PAPER WORK NOT ANTICIPATED. OVERALL A GREAT PROCESS AND I WOULD WORK WITH PATRICK AGAIN IF NEED BE."

With very little effort on my part, approximately 2 weeks later my refinance was ...I would give Francis 5 stars. He was referred to me by a friend as I was just thinking about refinancing my house. With very little effort on my part, approximately 2 weeks later my refinance was finished and monies dispensed. He has also followed up to be sure I was taken care of."
