I called Anthony after hours and he replied or answered to my call. This encouraged me much. I called Anthony one time only to hear that he was on vacation and he still took time to attend to me. At times I could not understand which papers were needed for me to submit and Anthony was very patient with me as he explained to me what was needed. This makes me recommend him highly for promotion. God bless you Anthony. Anthony is an awesome man who loves his job and really loves to serve his clients to satisfaction."

Instead of spending money on Super Bowl Ads maybe spend some money on people whom know what they’re doing. I was supposed to close on 02/26 but didn’t close until 3/3. As someone who has a job that I’m held to a higher standard, I planned ahead and made sure I had days off to be able to move in and do things that needed to be done. But since we closed late I was left scrambling to figure everything out. I’ll never recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone and I deal with hundreds of people on a daily basis and I’ll make sure they stay clear of this company. If I didn’t ruffle some feathers at the end of this process nothing would’ve been done to close even somewhat on time.Now send me a survey about Kim Keezer because she’s getting the stars which she deserves which is 0. She loved to come up with excuses for the underwriters and was very belittling. But Hugh I hope you find a better company that values you, and your expertise. You deserve a better workplace that is better equipped. Thanks for everything."

I reached out to her with a bit of a complex situation involving selling an outside of state rental home as well as my mom’s out of state primary home in order to fund a home close to me and my wife in Colorado. There were so many moving parts and unique considerations that the traditional mortgage vetting process online couldn’t capture and certainly wouldn’t have been able to answer all of my questions and give me top notch guidance. I found Jillian through a google search and I really wanted someone I could talk through the different scenarios with. She has been so responsive and incredibly helpful. I’ve bought several homes over the years but this was the most complex and creative to date and it was only made possible thanks to Jillian’s guidance and support. She was literally available 24/7 - nights and weekends too by phone, text, email. That type of service simply is unheard of these days but that’s another thing that makes Jillian stand out! Beyond all of this, she made us feel so special by following up post close and even offered a plan to help us position ourselves to be in a good spot to refinance when the market is more favorable. I can’t imagine having done this deal or another other home deal without her. 10/10 absolutely recommend!"

Staff members were all ...We started to seriously consider a refinance of our current mortgage on April 30. Virtually the entire transaction was done online or by phone. Document uploads were easy. Staff members were all knowledgeable and responsive either when e-mailing back or returning phone calls. There were three primary members involved: Tom was the mortgage banker who handled the initial application and he stayed in touch with us throughout the process. After the loan was underway, he handed off the paperwork collection to a processing specialist. Finally, a closing agent capped off the details at the end. When it came time for closing, we were on vacation and a notary was arranged to come to our condo that was 300 miles from home. Done deal on May 25. Old mortgage paid off before the June payment was due. New mortgage saves almost $200/month over the prior loan. Plus, they provided a credit of $3K toward closing costs while the loan shaved more than 1.25 points off our APR. We shopped around and told Tom what he needed to do to get our business. He delivered. "

Their ...I definitely see why Rocket Mortgage wins awards hands down every year for their service. This has been the quickest and most enjoyable loan application/refi experience that I have ever had. Their digital portal allows you to upload all your docs quickly and it shows you progress on the process. Then their is Kyle (from Detroit) who made the process easy to understand and was great with his follow up. My own bank (Chase) could not even come close to the rate I received or the service level (and I have my current home mortgage with them). Why go with anybody other than Rocket Mortgage.....the process is as fast as a “rocket”"
